Keine Antwort auf die erste E-Mail, auf die zweite wurde nach meiner Telefonnummer gefragt, ich habe ihnen die Nummer gesendet und wieder keine Antwort! I asked for the appointment twice by email with a bank transfer attached. No answer to the first e-mail, the second asked for my phone number, I sent you the number and again no answer!

Sehr freundlich und ich bekam einen Termin für den nächsten Tag zum Röntgen. Heute dann Vorort, freundliche Begrüßung, alles wurde klar erklärt, minimale Wartezeit. Im Röntgen auch sehr zuvorkommend und nett, selbst wie ich korrigiert wurde per Hand was meine Haltung betraf, keine Eishände unter den Einmalhandschuhen und es wurde kommuniziert. Bilder sofort mitbekommen, auf Tan warte ich noch (ist aber erst 1½ Stunden her - also alles gut)... Bin wirklich positiv überrascht, weil man beim "alten" Schwarzl was anderes - im negativen Sinne - gewöhnt war. Top! Weiter so I really have to say something happened. An appointment request was sent via the Internet, followed by a call back shortly afterwards. Very friendly and I got an appointment for the X-ray the next day. Today on site, friendly greeting, everything was clearly explained, minimal waiting time. Also very courteous and nice in the X-ray, even how I was corrected by hand in terms of my posture, no ice hands under the disposable gloves and it was communicated. Got the pictures right away, I'm still waiting for Tan (but it was only 1½ hours ago - so everything is good) ... I am really positively surprised, because with the "old" Schwarzl you were used to something different - in a negative sense. Top! Keep it up

Top organisiert und extrem kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter von der Aufnahme bis zur Untersuchung (CD) Schön, dass es diese tolle Einrichtung gibt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Despite making appointments at short notice and very good patient frequency, I was finished with all the examinations in 40 minutes. Well organized and extremely competent and friendly staff from reception to Examination (CD) Nice that this great facility exists⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an appointment for an ultrasound yesterday, very nice and competent doctor, you rarely find that! Also very nice at registration ??

Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg ganz herzlich beim Personal für ihre einfühlsame, behutsame und fürsorgliche Art bedanken. Danke, Danke, Danke. S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir vor über einem Monat einen Termin mit Überweisung fürs MRT ausgemacht. Gestern hatte ich dann endlich meinen Termin. Ich gehe zum Schalter und gebe meine E-Card her. Dann werde ich nach der Überweisung meines Arztes gefragt. Natürlich hatte ich diese nicht mit weil mir bei der Terminvergabe nicht gesagt wurde dass ich diese brauche. Die Dame hätte mich dann einfach weggeschickt. Dann bin ich zu einer anderen Dame am Schalter. Diese war total nett und meinte dass das kein Problem wäre nur muss ich einen Schuldschein ausfüllen. Dieser besagt dass wenn ich die Überweisung nicht nachbringen kann dass ich 220€ zahlen muss. Was ist das für eine Frechheit? Es wird einem NICHT gesagt dass man diese nochmal mitnhemen muss. Nichtmal bei Nachfrage. Ein paar Leuten nach mir ist es genauso ergangen. Ich finde es einfach echt frech dass man diese Auskunft nicht bekommt und dann auch noch zahlen soll.. Kann man das nicht bei der Terminerinnerung dazuschreiben? Oder macht ihr so euer Geld? Mich macht das echt wütend. I made an appointment with a referral for the MRI over a month ago. Yesterday I finally had my appointment. I go to the counter and hand over my e-card. Then I am asked about my doctor's referral. Of course I didn't have them with me because I wasn't told when I made the appointment that I needed them. The lady would have just sent me away. Then I went to another lady at the counter. She was really nice and said that it wouldn't be a problem, I just have to fill out a promissory note. This means that if I cannot make the transfer, I have to pay € 220. What kind of cheek is that? You are NOT told that you have to take them with you again. Not even when asked. A few people after me felt the same way. I just find it really cheeky that you don't get this information and then have to pay too .. Can't you add that to the appointment reminder? Or is that how you make your money? That makes me really angry.
G	Guenther Hess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es darf wohl nicht sein das man mit Herzproblemen dann vier! Wochen auf einen Termin warten soll. Bei der Konkurrenz ging es kurzfristig. Wer braucht ein CT oder MRT nach 4 Wochen? It must not be that one with heart problems then four! weeks to wait for an appointment. The competition was short-lived. Who needs a CT or MRI after 4 weeks?

Bin dann sofort drangekommen und die junge Dame war superfreundlich, hat den Venenzugang gleich beim ersten Mal perfekt gesetzt und alles ging recht zackig. The ladies on the phone are very friendly and if it's urgent, they kindly pinch an appointment. Thanks! It was my turn right away and the young lady was super friendly, placed the vein access perfectly the first time and everything went really smoothly.
