Nach langer Suche in vielen Möbelhäusern haben wir bei Grüne Erde endlich unseren Esstisch und passende Stühle gefunden. Die Verarbeitung ist auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der Duft und die Haptik der Möbel ist ein Erlebnis. Der nachfolgende Service inklusive problemfreier Lieferung und Aufstellung der Möbel hat uns überzeugt noch mehr Lieblingsstücke bei der Grünen Erde in Linz zu kaufen. After a long search in many furniture stores, we finally found our dining table and matching chairs at Grüne Erde. The processing is at a very high level. Dank der guten Beratung habe ich die richtige Matratze für mich gefunden und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl (und dem Service)! Nice store and pleasant atmosphere! Leider gab es letzten Mittwoch den von meiner Freundin gewünschten Pyjama nur in "s".Es wurde auch nicht angeboten, dass man dass Teil in der gewünschten Größe bestellen könnte. Gibt es also nur Angebote für kleine Dünne? Ich finde das diskriminierend für alle, die nicht klein und dünn sind, und das sind die wenigsten ab 50 plus. Mir ist die Lust vergangen, noch einmal bei der Grünen Erde einzukaufen. Wir wurden von der Geschäftsleitung kontaktiert, es gab eine Entschuldigung und ein sehr freundliches Gespräch . Danke für das großzügige Angebot. Ich finde es toll, wie schnell und freundlich reagiert wurde. Die Qualität der Kommunikation entspricht der Qualität der Produkte. Ich würde jetzt gern 5 Sterne hergeben, aber ich weiß nicht, wie das geht. A very pleasant and tasty shop with great products. Unfortunately last Wednesday my girlfriend's pajamas were only available in "s". It was also not offered that the part could be ordered in the desired size. Der Store ist auf mehrere Ebenen/Etagen verteilt und bietet ein großes Sortiment an Möbel und anderen Artikeln. Generell ist die Stimmung im Geschäft sehr locker und entspannt, ideal um stressfrei einkaufen zu können. Excellent advice and very friendly and helpful staff. Sehr gerne kaufe ich bei Ihnen ein, weil meiner Familie und mir Nachhaltigkeit extrem wichtig ist und uns die Qualität Ihrer Produkte sehr bewusst ist. Meine Rezension bezog sich auf Ihre Preisgestaltung vor allem bei Accessoires und nicht auf "Handwerk" oder Dienstleistung. Ich habe bei Ihnen, ohne vorher den Preis zu überprüfen, ein Raumduftset mit Nachfüllung um Euro 72,80 = 1.001,74 ÖS (für einen industriell gefertigten Glasbehälter, 5 Holzstäbchen und eine Bio- Nachfüllung 100 ml) in Ihrem Shop gekauft. Und dieser Preis mir unverhältnismäßig hoch zum Artikel vorkommt. Natürlich steht es jedem frei, Produkte zu kaufen oder auch nicht. Bin aber trotzdem der Meinung, BIO und Nachhaltigkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein und nicht zu Luxusartikeln zu werden. Ich bedanke mich dafür, das Sie Kritik annehmen, sich damit auseinandersetzen und darauf reagieren. Darum auch die Änderung meiner Bewertung. I always enjoy shopping here.
