T	Tai-Chi Chiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Qiu ist ein sehr sympathischer Arzt. Auch das ganze Team konnte mich sehr gut beraten und ich musste kaum warten! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, der bleibt mein Hausarzt! Dr. Qiu is a very personable doctor. The whole team was also able to advise me very well and I hardly had to wait! I can only recommend him, he'll stay my family doctor!

Die Assistentinnen am Empfang sind alle stets freundlich gewesen. Ebenso ist der Dr. Qiu ein sehr empathischer, freundlicher und verständnisvoller Arzt. Deshalb von mir 5* Dr. Qiu was recommended to me by a friend. I felt really in good hands. Finally a super competent family doctor. The receptionists have always been friendly. Likewise, the Dr. Qiu is a very empathetic, friendly and understanding doctor. Therefore from me 5 *

K	Kerstin M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte vorher sagen, dass mir die Ordination eigentlich immer gefallen hat, ich wurde immer herzlich begrüßt und mir wurde immer gut geholfen. Aber jetzt habe ich das Gefühl, das Dr. Qiu versucht so schnell wie möglich einen Patienten zu machen, und sich keine Zeit mehr nimmt. Vorne beim Empfang versuchen sich die türkischen Damen echt zu bemühen, jedoch seit Jasmin nicht mehr da ist, funktioniert alles nicht mehr einwandfrei, ich bin um ehrlich zu sein immer wegen ihr nur noch gekommen, weil sie mir immer alles super erklärt hat und immer hilfsbereit war. Schade, dass sie nicht mehr da ist. Ich werde den Hausarzt wohl ändern müssen. I would like to say beforehand that I have always enjoyed the ordination, I was always greeted warmly and I was always given good help. But now I feel like Dr. Qiu tries to make a patient as soon as possible and doesn't take any more time. At the front desk the Turkish ladies really try to make an effort, but since Jasmin is no longer there, everything no longer works properly, to be honest, I only came because of her because she always explained everything to me and was always helpful was. It is a pity that it is no longer there. I will probably have to change the family doctor.
K	K. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahrlässiges Verhalten in Zeiten von Corona wird dort an den Tag gelegt. Beim Empfang steht man dicht gedrängt mit anderen Patienten um sein Anliegen kundzutun. Rechts davon ist ein Warteraum wo zig Leute sitzen und im kleinen Kammerl wird man auf Covid abgestrichen, mit nur einem Wattestäbchen für Rachen und Nasenbereich was by the way total ungustiös ist und ich noch nie so erlebt habe. Die Abnahme des Abstrichs ist unprofessional und gibt keinerlei sichere Auskunft, bin deswegen in eine Schnupfenbox gefahren wo es Leute machen die auch Ahnung davon haben. Würde eine medizinische Konsultation dort nicht anstreben. Negligent behavior in times of Corona is shown there. At the reception you stand tightly packed with other patients to make your concerns known. To the right of it is a waiting room where umpteen people are sitting and in the small chamber you are swabbed for Covid, with only a cotton swab for the throat and nose area, which by the way is totally ungustative and I have never experienced anything like this. The removal of the smear is unprofessional and does not provide any reliable information, so I went to a cold box where people who also have an idea do it. Would not seek medical consultation there.
S	Samira Ragnarsdot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt selber ist meist nicht anwesend, sondern lässt sich vertreten, wobei sich der/die Vertretung nicht mal vorstellt. Ich brauchte nur eine Blutabnahme, musste ca. 20 min. warten, kam dann zu irgendeiner Ärztin, die mich über alles mögliche ausfragen wollte und mich überrumpelt wollte, eine Untersuchung machen zu lassen. Ich empfand das als übergriffig! The doctor himself is usually not present, but can be represented, whereby the representative does not even introduce himself / herself. I only needed a blood sample, had to wait about 20 minutes, then came to some doctor who wanted to ask me about everything and wanted to take me by surprise to have an examination done. I felt that was overpowering!
R	Roxana de Guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir suchten für unsere Tochter einen Arzt, der sie impft (2te Coronaimpfung). Uns wurde Dr. Qiu empfohlen, da er angeblich gut mit Kinder umgehen kann. Da unsere Tochter panische Angst vor Spritzen hat und der letzte Impftermin in der Impfstraße nicht so entspannend ablief, bat ich Dr. Qiu um Hilfe. Er meinte nur, wenn ich eh wüsste, dass meine Tochter so schwierig ist, wieso ich ihn überhaupt anrief. Rabauken werden in seiner Ordination nicht akzeptiert. Disziplin wäre die Aufgabe der Eltern und nicht seine. Und wenn ich es schaffe, dass meine Tochter sich wie ein normaler Mensch benimmt, könne ich gerne zum Impfen vorbeikommen...NEIN DANKE!!!! We were looking for a doctor for our daughter who would vaccinate her (2nd corona vaccination). We became Dr. Recommended to Qiu as he is said to be good with children. Since our daughter is terrified of injections and the last vaccination appointment in the vaccination street was not so relaxing, I asked Dr. Qiu for help. He just said, if I knew anyway that my daughter is so difficult, why did I call him in the first place. Bullies are not accepted in his ordination. Discipline would be a parent's job, not his. And if I can get my daughter to behave like a normal person, I'm more than welcome to come over for the vaccination...NO THANKS!!!!
