Die Praxis verfügt über 2 Eingänge sodass sich Tiere beim Brtreten und Verlassen der Ordination gar nicht begegnen. Hygiene, Ausstattung der Praxis ist 1a. Frau Dr. Douschan ist sehr engagiert, zuvorkommend und hat ein beeindruckendes Einfühlungsvermögen. Sie nimmt sich mehr als ausreichend Zeit, bespricht und erklärt alles und geht auf jede Frage ein. Preis Leistung stimmen komplett überein. Die ganze Atmosphäre ist entspannt und angenehm was sich wiederum auf die Tiere auswirkt. Hier ist man wirklich in den besten Händen. An absolute specialist. By making an appointment, there is no or hardly any waiting time. The practice has 2 entrances so that animals don't even meet when stepping on and leaving the ordination. Hygiene, equipment in the practice is top notch. Miss Dr. Douschan is very dedicated, accommodating and has an impressive level of empathy. She takes more than enough time, discusses and explains everything, and answers every question. Price performance match completely. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, which in turn affects the animals. You are really in the best of hands here.
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zur Ärztin selbst kann ich nichts sagen, da ich gar nicht so weit gekommen bin. Eine der Assistentinnen kann definitiv NICHT mit Angstpatienten umgehen. Mir ist ein Stück Zahn ausgebrochen und wollte ich dies, obwohl ich wirklich sehr großer Angstpatient bin, sofort behandeln lassen. Da ich zurzeit Schwanger bin, kann ich mir es nicht leisten so lange zu warten bis die Schmerzen anfangen. Da ich aber nur ein leichtes Ziehen hatte (mit Lügen wäre ich definitiv weiter gekommen) , hat man dort keine Chance dran zu kommen (Wartezeit wäre mir komplett egal gewesen). Erst wenn man starke Schmerzen hat, kann man vorbei kommen. Zu einer Angstpatientin, die zurzeit auch noch schwanger ist zu sagen dass man erst sofort dran kommt wenn man Schmerzen hat ist wirklich große Klasse. Obwohl die Ärztin angeblich sehr nett sein soll, wird mich diese Ordination definitiv nicht mehr sehen. Leider hilft es oft nichts wenn die Ärztin selbst mit Angstpatienten gut umgehen kann, die Assistentinnen jedoch kein Gefühl dafür haben. I can't say anything about the doctor herself because I didn't get that far. One of the assistants can definitely NOT handle anxiety patients. A piece of a tooth broke out and I wanted to have this treated immediately, even though I am a very anxious patient. Since I am currently pregnant I cannot afford to wait that long for the pain to start. But since I only had a slight pull (with lies I would definitely have gotten further), you have no chance of getting there (I would have completely ignored the waiting time). You can only come by when you are in severe pain. To say to an anxious patient who is currently pregnant that you only get it right away when you are in pain is really great. Although the doctor is supposed to be very nice, this ordination will definitely not see me again. Unfortunately, it often doesn't help if the doctor is able to deal with anxious patients herself, but the assistants have no feeling for it.
