N	Nina Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich sind wir unzufrieden mit unseren Türen. Festtagsbeleuchtung haben wir Nachts aus dem Stiegenhaus weil die Dichtungen Licht durchlassen. Mehrere Mängel werden nun zum 3mal 'behoben'. Zusätzlich kann man gerade in Zeiten von Corona eigentlich davon ausgehen, dass gesunde Mitarbeiter bei einem Zuhause auftauchen!!!! ?? Update vom 5.2.2020: Mittlerweile wurden fast alle Mängel an den Türen behoben. Die Dichtung der Eingangstüre tut leider immer noch nicht was sie soll, was hoffentlich auch bald behoben wird, denn momentan kann ich mich in meiner Wohnung nicht unterhalten ohne, dass jeder im Stiegenhaus mithören kann.? Auch bezgl. der Wand die beschädigt wurde, ist noch eine Reparatur ausständig (wie vereinbart). "Alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt" ist also nicht zu 100% zutreffend. Ich hoffe aber, dass das bald so sein wird und sehe, dass die Firma bemüht ist hier Lösungen zu finden. We are fundamentally dissatisfied with our doors. We have holiday lighting from the stairwell at night because the seals let light through. Several deficiencies are now 'fixed' three times. In addition, especially in times of Corona, one can actually assume that healthy employees will appear at a home !!!! ?? Update from February 5th, 2020: In the meantime, almost all the defects on the doors have been fixed. Unfortunately, the seal on the entrance door still doesn't do what it's supposed to, which will hopefully be fixed soon, because At the moment I can't talk in my apartment without everyone in the stairwell being able to overhear The wall that was damaged is also still to be repaired (as agreed). "Everything done to satisfaction" is therefore not 100% accurate. I hope, however, that it will soon be the case and see that the company is trying to find solutions here.
