Schon am Telefon der erste Kontakt sehr freundlich! Das gesamte Team sehr einfühlsam. Mein Sohn hat sich für seine Verhältnisse wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden super beraten und alle Möglichkeiten genau erklärt. Wir werden uns in einem halben Jahr nochmals vorstellen, da zuerst noch ein Milchzahn gehen muss … wir kommen gerne wieder! The practice was recommended to us by acquaintances because my 11-year-old son is afraid of the dentist and probably needs a brace. Already on the phone the first contact very friendly! The whole team very empathetic. My son was comfortable with his circumstances. We were super advised and explained all options exactly. We will introduce ourselves in half a year, because first a milk tooth has to go ... we'll be back!

Herr Dr.Lenhardt hat das in 15 Minuten erledigt und danach hatte ich sehr wenig bis garkeine schmerzen. Auf diesem Weg bedanke ich mich und werde ihn auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and was a little worried about it. Dr Lenhardt did it in 15 minutes and after that I had very little to no pain. Die Aussagen die im Zuge der Beratungsleistung getätigt wurden, sind unserer Meinung nach einfach nicht tragbar (Kleinkind mit 1 1/2 Jahren soll sofort abgestillt werden, soll aber den Schnuller den ganzen Tag über verwenden, etc. pp) So etwas verstößt einfach gegen unsere Prinzipien als Eltern. Das war definitiv unser 1. und letzter Besuch. Absolutely no recommendation! Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the child dental care. In our opinion, the statements made in the course of the counseling service are simply not acceptable (toddler aged 1 1/2 should be weaned immediately, but should use the pacifier throughout the day, etc. pp) It just goes against our principles as parents. That was definitely our 1st and last visit.

Sowohl die Assistentin als auch die Zahnärztin waren superlieb und sehr kompetent. Sie haben sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Also auch für Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen sehr empfehlenswert ? Great dental practice. I have an autistic child and I felt very well taken care of. Both the assistant and the dentist were super kind and very competent. You took a lot of time for us. Also highly recommended for children with special needs ?

Mein 5 jähriger Sohn hatte nach seiner ersten Behandlung (bei einer anderen Zahnärztin!) panische Angst vorm Zahnarztbesuch! Diese Angst konnte er Dank der netten und einfühlsamen Mitarbeiterinnen und Zahnärztin bei Dentalkids überwinden! Also wenn ich mehr Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich diese mit Sicherheit vergeben! I can only recommend Dentalkids! After his first treatment (with another dentist!), My 5 year old son was terrified of going to the dentist! He was able to overcome this fear thanks to the nice and empathetic staff and dentist at Dentalkids! So if I could give more stars, I would give these for sure!

Auch die Nummer 1 Adresse bei Eingriffen unter Vollnarkose - Aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich sagen der Ablauf - die Aufklärung und dann die Behandlung selbst sind perfekt abgelaufen. Ich kann nur Danke sagen und ich komme immer wieder gerne - etwas was ich im Bezug auf Zahnarztbesuche nicht immer behaupten konnte. Da nehme ich die Anfahrtszeit von 45 Minuten auch jedesmal gerne in Kauf. 110% satisfied. Competent, very nice assistants, as well as great doctors, who also take enough time to advise and educate the patient. Also the number 1 address for procedures under general anesthesia - from my own experience I can say the process - the explanation and then the treatment itself went perfectly. I can only say thank you and I love to come back again and again - something I couldn't always say when it came to visits to the dentist. I gladly accept the journey time of 45 minutes every time.
