★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg nochmal für Ihre Mühe und Ihr Einfühlungsvermögen in der nicht ganz einfachen Zeit von 2012 bis zu meinem Umzug ins Ausland 2015 recht herzlich bedanken!!! Gleiches gilt selbstverständlich für ihr Team, ich fühlte mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und beraten, kam mir niemals wie eine Nummer vor!!! Leider sind solche Ärzte heute nur noch selten zu finden, danke nochmal?
In this way I would like to thank you again for your effort and your empathy in the not so easy time from 2012 to my move abroad 2015! Of course, the same applies to her team, I always felt well looked after and advised, never seemed to me like a number !!! Unfortunately, such doctors are rarely found today, thanks again?

Mein Erstbesuch:
Anruf bei der Ordination war freundlich.
Jedoch sind Terminvereinbarungen nicht möglich.
Ich solle vorbeikommen es sei nicht viel los.
Anmeldung war ebenfalls in Ordnung mit Verifikation meiner Person.
Jedoch nach 1 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit wurden Patienten welche nach mir kamen vorgezogen.
Bei Rückfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt - "Dann müssen sie das melden. Ich wurde dann vergessen."
Daraufhin habe ich mich entschieden einen anderen Arzt meines Vertrauens aufzusuchen.
Als Erstbesuch und im Krankheitsfall nicht nur anstrengend sondern unangebracht.
No recommendation
My first visit:
Calling the ordination was friendly.
However, appointments are not possible.
I should come over there was not much going on.
Registration was also ok with verification of my person.
However, after 1 1/2 hours of waiting, patients who came after me were preferred.
When asked, I was told - "Then you have to report it. I was then forgotten."
Then I decided to see another doctor I trusted.
As a first visit and in case of illness not only exhausting but inappropriate.

Als Urlaubsvertretung für meine Hausärztin wollte ich die Praxis aufsuchen.
Nach mehreren unbeantworteten Anrufen beschloss ich Vorort einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Die Empfangsdamen waren darüber nicht besonders begeistert und ich wurde aufgenommen und auf längere Wartezeiten hingewiesen. Schließlich hörte ich die Damen laut über mich sprechen. "Wie heißt DIE nochmal", "Warum DIE auch ohne Termin kommen muss", cWas machen wir jetzt mit DER". Unglaublich! Schockiert und empört verließ ich die Praxis ohne Behandlung. Liebe Damen, Danke, für nichts. Und entschuldigen Sie meine Erwartung von Ihnen Hilfe zu bekommen
Rude behavior is very important here.
As a holiday replacement for my family doctor, I wanted to go to the practice.
After several unanswered calls, I decided to make an appointment on site. The receptionists were not particularly enthusiastic about this and I was accepted and informed about longer waiting times. Finally I heard the ladies speak loudly about me. "What's DIE's name again", "Why DIE has to come without an appointment", cWhat we're going to do with DER ". Incredible! I left the practice shocked and outraged without treatment. Ladies, thank you for nothing. And excuse my expectation to get help from you
