S	Silvia T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Arzt, er bemüht sich und man hat nicht das Gefühl, so schnell wie möglich abgefertigt zu werden. Da es keine Terminvergabe am Telefon gibt, kommt es manchmal zu langen Wartezeiten, dafür kommt man am selben Tag wirklich noch dran. I am very satisfied with this doctor, he tries hard and you don't have the feeling of being processed as quickly as possible. Since there are no appointments on the phone, there are sometimes long waiting times, but you can actually get it on the same day.

Wem die Wartezeit nicht gefällt, kann ja zu einen anderen Arzt gehen, dort mindestens vier Wochen auf einen Termin warten und dann immer noch mindestens eine Stunde im Wartezimmer sitzen. Very competent doctor. You don't need an appointment and no transfer. If you don't like the waiting time, you can go to another doctor, wait at least four weeks for an appointment and then still sit in the waiting room for at least one hour.

In der heutigen Zeit 1/2 Tag zu warten ist einfach nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Für was hat man eine Assistentin oder sogar 2? Hätte man ein Terminsystem wäre das einfach zu lösen... Aber ja, man will es nicht und daher auch der Abzug. Finde es sehr schade! Zudem lässt die Freundlichkeit der Assistenz zu wünschen übrig. Der Doktor selbst ist TOP volle Punkteanzahl. Nimmt sich Zeit - so wie es sein soll! No appointments! Waiting time infinite. The doctor has earned 5 stars, but since I really have waited so long there is 2 star deduction. To wait 1/2 day today is simply out of date. For what do you have an assistant or even 2? If you had an appointment system that would be easy to solve ... But yes, you do not want it and therefore the deduction. Find it a pity! In addition, the friendliness of the assistant left a lot to be desired. The doctor himself is TOP full score. Der Doktor selber hätte 5 Sterne verdient. No appointments, you get an appointment in the afternoon you have to wait over 1.5 hours! I am very annoying for over 10 years customer.
