★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oft kommt man nach 20 Anrufversuche zur Terminvereinbarung immer noch nicht durch und muss tagelang probieren um einen Termin zu bekommen auf den man dann monatelang warten muss.
Im Empfang ist eine ältere Dame die offensichtlich meint sie ist in einem Cafe zum quatschen und nimmt permanent Telefonanrufe nicht entgegen und lässt diese regelmäßig einfach ausläuten.
Die Arztleistung sind 0815 Standard - nicht gut und nicht schlecht, veraltetes Equipment und zusätzliche sehr lange Wartezeiten bei jedem Besuch sind für mich Grund genug diesen Arzt nicht mehr zu besuchen und zu empfehlen nicht dort hin zu gehen.
Often you still cannot get through after 20 phone attempts to make an appointment and have to try for days to get an appointment that you then have to wait for months.
In the reception is an older lady who obviously thinks she is chatting in a cafe and does not take phone calls permanently and lets them ring out regularly.
The doctor's services are 0815 standard - not good and not bad, outdated equipment and additional very long waiting times for each visit are reason enough for me to no longer visit this doctor and recommend not to go there.
