Durfte in den Genuss einer Privatstunde kommen und habe dabei festgestellt wie sehr mir die Yoga Einheiten bei Daniela fehlen. Sie bietet abwechslungsreiche und spannende Workshops an, Kurse für jeden ob Anfänger oder Profi, Mann oder Frau, Kind oder Erwachsener. Sie gibt ihre Leidenschaft an ihre Schüler weiter. Dazu kommt das großartige Know-How. Absolut empfehlenswert! Best yoga studio, best yoga trainer. I was able to enjoy a private lesson and realized how much I miss the yoga sessions with Daniela. It offers varied and exciting workshops, courses for everyone, whether beginner or professional, man or woman, child or adult. She passes on her passion to her students. Daniela geht als ausgebildete Yogatherapeutin immer auf alle Wehwehchen ein und gibt einem gute Quicktipps was man zuhause tun kann um seine Schmerzen und Probleme selbst zu beseitigen. Ich schätze an diesem Yogastudio sehr, dass hier ein zwar recht sportlicher Yogastil angeboten wird, jedoch eine gute Mischung mit Atemschulungs- und Meditationstechniken angeboten wird. Alles in allem ein Studio mit Herz, welches ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. For me the absolute best yoga studio in the country. As a trained yoga therapist, Daniela always responds to all aches and pains and gives you good quick tips on what you can do at home to eliminate your pain and problems yourself. What I really appreciate about this yoga studio is that although it offers a sporty style of yoga, it offers a good mix of breathing training and meditation techniques. All in all, a studio with heart, which I can heartily recommend.
