Da ist man super aufgehoben. Was in the ordination for the first time today, all very friendly, short waiting time. I am very stunned. Can Dr. Recommend Schatzl and his team. You are in good hands there.
T	Tamara Brugger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war ich sehr unzufrieden mit meiner Behandlung. Ich rief am Montag in der Ordination von Hr. Dr Schatzl an weil ich auf dem rechten Ohr nichts mehr hören konnte und schmerzen hatte. Sie haben mir sofort einen Termin gegeben und schnell drangenommen. Das war aber auch schon das Positive daran. Die Dame an der Rezeption war schon nicht sehr freundlich und motiviert, Als mich der Hr. Doktor dann aufrief war dieser leider ebenso nicht so gut gelaunt an diesem Tag. Er hat mich geschimpft dass ich zu viel Ohrenschmalz habe und früher hätte kommen sollen und mir halbherzig die Ohren abgesaugt, mir gesagt ich hätte keine Entzündung obwohl ich schmerzen hatte und mich wieder heimgeschickt. Als ich dann immer noch nicht gut hören konnte und mir das Ohr nach Tagen immer noch weh tat habe ich beschlossen zu einem anderen Ohrenarzt zu gehen den ich selber zahlen muss. Dieser hat dann entdeckt dass ich immer noch viel Ohrenschmalz drinnen hatte und dazu noch eine Pilzinfektion(!!!!) die mir die Ohrenschmerzen bereitet hat und Neurodermitis im Gerhörgangsanfang dass das jucken bei mir auslöste. Nun zahle ich lieber für meinen Ohrenarzt und werde genau und Fachgerecht untersucht. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my treatment. On Monday I called Mr. Dr Schatzl because I couldn't hear anything in my right ear and I was in pain. They immediately gave me an appointment and answered quickly. But that was also the positive thing about it. The lady at the reception was not very friendly and motivated when Mr. Then the doctor called, he was unfortunately not in a good mood that day either. He scolded me that I had too much ear wax and should have come earlier and half-heartedly vacuumed my ears, told me I had no inflammation even though I was painful and sent me home again. When I still couldn't hear well and my ear was still hurting after days, I decided to go to another ear doctor who I have to pay myself. He then discovered that I still had a lot of ear wax inside and also a fungal infection (!!!!) that caused my ear pain and neurodermatitis in the ear canal that caused the itch in me. Now I prefer to pay for my ear specialist and get a thorough and professional examination.

Ohren schmerzen nach der Behandlung mehr als vorher und sind immer noch verstopft. Die Rezeption ist unfreundlich. Der Arzt widmet Ihnen für die Behandlung maximal 2 Sekunden. Ich rate Ihnen zu einen anderen Arzt in Saalfelden zu gehen. I went there for wax clogging and pain and it didn't do much good. Ears hurt more after treatment than before and are still clogged. The reception is unfriendly. The doctor will give you a maximum of 2 seconds for the treatment. I advise you to go to another doctor in Saalfelden.
C	Carolin O`Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Ohrenschmerzen, da zuviel Ohrenschmalz. Angeblich ging nur mit Wasser ausspülen (da bin ich aber leider Angstpatient). Trotzdem versucht. Der Arzt hat es abgebrochen und mir vermittelt so ein Drama würden nur 3jährige machen und ich soll mir doch erstmal Hilfe holen um meine Angst zu überwinden. Hat sich richtig lächerlich drüber gemacht. Hatte zweimal gefragt, ob auch absaugen geht- "Nein, wie schon beim erstmal mal beantwortet". Eine Ohrenärztin in Bischofshofen hat den Ohrenschmalz mit absaugen innerhalb von 3 Min draussen gehabt und war dabei noch sehr Verständnissvoll! Und ich habs sogar ohne Therapeut geschafft! Nie wieder Schatzl! Had an earache because of too much earwax. Supposedly it was only possible to rinse with water (unfortunately I'm an anxious patient). Tried anyway. The doctor broke it off and told me only 3-year-olds would do such a drama and I should first get help to overcome my fear. Really made fun of it. Had asked twice whether vacuuming is also possible - "No, as already answered the first time". An ear doctor in Bischofshofen had the earwax sucked out within 3 minutes and was still very understanding! And I even made it without a therapist! Never again darling!

Ich wurde von einem sehr freundlichem Team empfangen und einem sehr kompetentem Arzt behandelt und möchte mich dafür nochmals bedanken. I had an earache and called on Friday morning to see if I could still come and got an appointment. I was welcomed by a very friendly team and treated by a very competent doctor and I would like to thank you again for this.
