The office hours of the lady were probably the end of the day more important than the wellbeing of the patient.

Das würde ich mir von meinem Arzt in Deutschland auch wünschen!! Super nice and competent doctor, very friendly staff, had no appointment and was still quick to get it, Dr. Herzog took a lot of time and explained everything. I would also like that from my doctor in Germany !!

Der Arzt konnte leider nichts machen außer Nasenspray zu verschreiben. Die Sprechstundenhilfe könnte einen Lehrgang zum Thema Kundenfreundlichkeit besuchen. Very friendly and competent doctor. I was there as a vacationer because of a cold and congested ears. Unfortunately, the doctor could do nothing but prescribe nasal spray. The receptionist could attend a customer friendliness course.
