Vom Fachlichen betrachtet sind Aufklärungsgespräche, Vorbereitung zur OP, diese selbst und sämtliche Nachbehandlungen einfach nur professionell und Dr. Freudenschuss nimmt sich viel Zeit dafür. Auch was man bei vielen schon vermisst ist die menschliche Komponente, die er ausstrahlt und auch lebt, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ich muss zu den 5 Sternen noch ein paar *** ergänzen. Danke He is one of the best of his guild !!! From a professional point of view, explanations, preparation for the operation, these and all follow-up treatments are just professional and Dr. med. Freudenschuss takes a lot of time for it. Also what one misses for many is the human component, which he radiates and lives, so that one feels at home immediately. I have to add a few *** to the 5 stars. Thank you
C	Claudia Wilhelmer-Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wandte mich mit meinem Problem, sicht- und tastbarer Knoten im Halsbereich erst an die interne Ambulanz im BKH Lienz. Der Arzt wollte mich daraufhin in die HNO Ambulanz verweisen, wo ich aufgrund des großen Andrangs nicht einmal angeschaut wurde und man mir mitteilte, dass ich mich an einen anderen HNO Arzt wenden sollte. Mein Spießrutenlauf begann – man bekommt keinen Termin!!!! Durch eine Freundin gelang ich dann zu Dr. Freudenschuss. Auch dort wäre für ca. 4 Wochen kein Termin möglich gewesen, jedoch nach näherer Schilderung meines Problems durfte ich noch am Abend desselben Tages!!!! in seine Praxis kommen. Dann ging es Schlag auf Schlag – Dr. Freudenschuss untersuchte mich gründlich und war mir behilflich sofort MRT und CT Termine zu bekommen und eine Woche darauf wurde ich von ihm in der Klinik Hochrum erfolgreich operiert und in Lienz nachbehandelt. Alles ist für mich gut ausgegangen und ich bin unendlich dankbar, so schnell, human und kompetent behandelt worden zu sein. Ich kann Dr. Freudenschuss zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen und bedanke mich noch einmal ganz herzlich für seine großartige Behandlung. Ich finde es nur schade, dass man so einen wunderbaren Arzt, der die HNO im BKH Lienz leitete, nicht mit allen Mitteln dort halten konnte. My gauntlet started - you don't get an appointment !!!! Through a friend I got to Dr. Joy shot. No appointment would have been possible there for about 4 weeks either, but after describing my problem in greater detail, I was still allowed to do so in the evening of the same day !!!! come into his practice. Then it went suddenly - Dr. Freudenschuss examined me thoroughly and helped me to get MRI and CT appointments immediately and a week later he successfully operated on him in the Hochrum clinic and treated him in Lienz. Everything went well for me and I am infinitely grateful to have been treated so quickly, humanely and competently. I can Dr. Recommend Freudenschuss 100 percent and thank you once again for his great treatment. I just think it's a shame that such a wonderful doctor who headed the ENT department at the BKH Lienz could not be kept there by all means.

Die Terminvereinbarung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Schon bei der Erstvisite fühlte ich mich in guten Händen und fachlich gut beraten. OP verlief ohne Komplikationen und auch danach ist Dr. Freudenschuss für allfällige Fragen erreichbar und gesprächsbereit. Nachdem ich im Innsbrucker Krankenhaus 5 Monate auf einen Beratungstermin hätte warten müssen kontaktierte ich auf Grund der Empfehlung eines andern Arztes Dr. Freudenschuss und bekam noch am selben Tag einen Termin! Nach der Operation hatte ich kaum Schmerzen und das Personal der Klinik trugen auch dazu bei den Krankenhausaufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl dass ich bestens Beraten wurde und Dr. Freudenschuss nahm sich immer viel Zeit für die Untersuchungen.
