Der Arzt und all seine Assistentinnen.... So nett und kompetent!! Toll eingerichtete Praxis und extrem sauber! Bin ab jetzt fix als Patientin bei ihm! Today I was an acute patient with Dr. Orban. From the phone call to the farewell, everything was 100% TOP! The doctor and all his assistants .... So nice and competent !! Great practice and extremely clean! From now on I am permanently with him as a patient!

Ich bekomme immer sehr schnell einen Termin und auch die Wartezeiten sind extrem kurz. Die gesamte Praxis ist wunderschön hell und geräumig eingerichtet und die Austattung wirkt top. Es wird wirklich auf den Kunden und das Wohlbefinden eingegangen und es werden keine sinnlosen Eingriffe praktiziert, nur um dabei mehr zu verdienen. Ich empfehle sie zu 100% ! Here you are in wonderful hands and really don't have to be afraid of the dentist anymore! I always get an appointment very quickly and the waiting times are extremely short. The entire practice is beautifully bright and spacious and the equipment looks great. The customer and the well-being are really catered for and no pointless interventions are practiced just to earn more. I recommend it 100%!

Ich kann nur immer wieder betonen wie toll aufgehoben man sich in dieser Praxis fühlt. Man kann als Patientin die Harmonie im Team und die gute Zusammenarbeit spüren. Man wird von jedem/jeder mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt. Die Assistentinnen sind alle total hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wartezeit ist wirklich extrem kurz. Während der Wartezeit bis die Spritze wirkt hat mir die nette Assistentin (mit dem Akzent, weis leider ihren Namen nicht) Tipps für die Optimierung meiner Zahnreinigung gegeben, und wir haben ein super nettes Gespräch geführt ? Die Assistentin an der Rezeption(Claudia) möchte ich auch nochmal kurz hervorheben. Sie hat eine so herzliche und bemühte Umfangsweise und ruft sogar vorm Termin an um an den Termin zu erinnern. Herr Dr Orban, hat immer ein offenes Ohr für fragen, nimmt sich Zeit, auch wenn es stressig ist. Auch den nötigen Humor bringt er mit und sorgt für immer gute Stimmung. Seit ich bei Dr. Orban bin, ist das ungute Gefühl beim Gedanken an einen bevorstehende Zahnarzttermin/Behandlung verschwunden.? Went again yesterday for a longer treatment with Dr. Orban. I can only emphasize again and again how well cared for one feels in this practice. As a patient, you can feel the harmony in the team and the good cooperation. Everyone greets you with a friendly smile. The assistants are all very helpful and courteous. The waiting time is really extremely short. While waiting for the injection to take effect, the nice assistant (with the accent, unfortunately doesn't know her name) gave me tips for optimizing my teeth cleaning, and we had a super nice conversation ? I would also like to mention the assistant at the reception (Claudia). She has such a warm and caring manner and even calls before the appointment to remind me of the appointment. Dr Orban, always has an open ear for questions, takes his time, even when it's stressful. He also has the necessary sense of humor and always ensures a good mood. Since I've been with Dr. Orban am, the bad feeling at the thought of an upcoming dentist appointment/treatment has disappeared.?
