Ich bekam von Dr Biedermann auch alle erwünschten Auskünfte und patientengerechte Erklärungen. Danke für die schnelle Hilfe. N	Nicevoice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, dass man am Empfang kaum Freundlichkeit erfährt! Besonders Frau Biedermann ist eine Zumutung sondergleichen! Ich verbrachte wegen einer Überweisung 80 Min im Wartezimmer, bis ich zum Arzt (Vertretung) gerufen wurde. Gut, das nimmt man ja noch in Kauf. Aber dann stand ich vor der Anmeldung nochmal eine Viertelstunde, um darauf zu warten, dass die Überweisung mir auch ausgehändigt wird! Als ich mich nach 15 Min. "erfrechte" danach zu fragen, wurde ich von Frau Biedermann angeschnauzt, dass alle zu warten hätten und ich könne ja woanders hingehen - in einem Ton, der seinesgleichen sucht. Ich meinte nur "schon gut", worauf ich die Antwort bekam, dass SIE bestimmt, wann etwas gut ist ... Geht's noch? Geht man so mit Patienten um??? Ist DAS im Sinne des Herrn Dr. Biedermann, im Sinne des ganzen Teams? Ich glaube, ich werde der Dame und mir was Gutes tun und mir eine neue, freundliche Ordination suchen. It's a shame that you hardly find any friendliness at reception! Ms. Biedermann in particular is an unequaled imposition! Because of a referral, I spent 80 minutes in the waiting room until I was called to the doctor (substitute). Well, you still accept that. But then I stood in front of the registration again for a quarter of an hour to wait for the transfer to be handed over to me! When I was "pleased" to ask about it after 15 minutes, Ms. Biedermann snapped at me that everyone had to wait and that I could go somewhere else - in a tone that is second to none. I just meant "okay", to which I got the answer that YOU determines when something is good ... Are you crazy? Is that how you treat patients ??? Is THAT in the sense of Dr. Biedermann, in the interests of the whole team? I think I'll do something good for the lady and myself and look for a new, friendly ordination.
M	M Ba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In meiner näheren Umgebung sind mindestens vier andere praktische Ärzte, dennoch nehme ich die weitere Anfahrt zu Dr. Biedermann gerne in Kauf. Er ist ein ausgesprochen engagierter Arzt, geht individuell auf seine Patienten ein und bemüht sich in weit überdurchschnittlichem Maße selbst für schwierige Fälle eine Lösung zu finden. Das Gleiche gilt für Dr. Winter. Praxis ist ebenfalls sehr gut organisiert, Personal sehr nett und Wartezeiten häufig sogar kürzer als bei anderen Ordinationen. There are at least four other general practitioners in my area, but I will continue to drive to Dr. Biedermann likes to buy. He is a very committed doctor, responds individually to his patients and tries to find a solution that is far above average, even for difficult cases. The same applies to Dr. Winter. Practice is also very well organized, staff is very nice and waiting times are often even shorter than at other practices.

M	Marcel Matz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stern weil es 0 nicht gibt! Nicht zu fassen was Frau Biedermann vom Stapel lässt. Und dabei ist sie nichteinmal Ärztin sondern die Ehefrau. Nicht zu fassen. Ihr Mann der Tatsächliche Arzt ist wirklich toll und kompetent. 1 star because there is no 0! I can't believe what Ms. Biedermann is launching. And she is not even a doctor but the wife. Unbelievable. Your husband the Actual Doctor is really great and knowledgeable.
L	Lukas Klee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur eine Frechheit, man wird von der Frau Von Herrn Dr so angeschrien und derartig schlecht behandelt! Mit 40 grad fieber 2,5h Wartezeit, nach nachfrage ob es bitte schneller ginge da es mir echt nicht gut ging war die antwort drauf ich soll entweder warten solange wie es dauert oder ich soll einfach gehen und einen anderen Arzt suchen! Was ist das für eine frechheit! Man wird dort wie der letzte dreck behandelt. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen! Just a joke, one is so yelled at by the wife of Mr. Dr and treated so badly! With a fever of 40 degrees 2.5 hours waiting time, after asking if it could be faster because I was really not feeling well, the answer was I should either wait as long as it takes or I should just go and look for another doctor! What a cheek that is! You are treated like the last filth there. I've never seen anything like it!
T	Thies Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin ja mit sehr gemischten Gefühlen da hin gegangen......ABER.....Dr ist erstklassige....Empfang inklusive Chefin waren sehr freundlich trotz unglaublich viel Betrieb. I went there with very mixed feelings......BUT.....Dr is first-class....Reception including the manager were very friendly despite an unbelievable amount of activity.
L	Lena Lammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wo soll ich nur anfangen ?! War jetzt schon mehrmals in dieser Ordination. Meistens muss man mind. 1.5 Stunde warten. Jedoch kommt es auch vor dass man schon alleine 1 Stunde braucht bis man überhaupt das Gebäude betreten kann, da eine sehr lange Schlange ansteht. Hat man vor telefonisch einen Termin auszumachen, wirst du danach wahrscheinlich sehr genervt sein ! Habe letztens 93 mal !!!!!! angerufen , bin nicht durchgekommen und dann ohne Termin dorthin. Bei der Anmeldung sind meistens die 2 selben Damen, eine von ihnen ist sehr freundlich ! Die andere wirkt genervt und gestresst. Die Frau Biedermann schreit die Patientin an und macht sie einfach nur fertig. Letztens auch eine Situation in der Ordination beobachtet , als 2 junge Männer gekommen sind und ENDLICH der Frau. Biedermann die Meinung gesagt haben . An dieser Stelle : Habt ihr gut gemacht ☺️?? Dr Biedermann selber , sehr nett ! Sehr bemüht , jedoch hilft einem so eine Art auch nicht's , wenn man 2 Stunden wartet , angeschrien wird und einfach nurnoch genervt ist. War mir eine Lehre & werd nicht mehr dorthin gehen!
