I	Ingeborg Muhr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte hier auch meine Erfahrungen teilen die ich in der Praxis vom Dr. Grisold gemacht habe. Dr. Grisold wurde mir wärmstens von einer Ärztin empfohlen und ich habe gleich vertrauensvoll einen Termin vereinbart. Mein Problem, wegen dem ich zu ihm verwiesen wurde, besteht darin das ich unter regelmäßigem Herzrasen, Schwindel und unkontrollierten Schweißausbrüchen leide. Ein Leiden das mich jetzt schon viele Monate quält. Ich hatte gehofft bzw. erwartet der Dr. Grisold könnte mir dahingehend wichtige Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen bieten. Was ich stattdessen bekam war eine einmalig unverschämte Aussage ich solle doch einfach mein Bettzeug erneuern. Eine Aussage für die ich 2 Stunden warten musste und einer für mich, mit 80 Jahren, notwendigen Taxifahrt verbunden war. Ich habe diesem Arzt deutlich angemerkt das er mich nur loswerden wollte und keinerlei Interesse hatte sich wirklich mit meinem Problem zu beschäftigen. Ich urteile normal nicht leichtsinnig über andere Menschen aber die „Behandlung“ beim Dr. Grisold war derart herabwürdigend, menschlich und professionell unmöglich, dass ich es mir nicht nehmen lasse Sie alle wissen zu lassen was hier möglicherweise auf Sie wartet. I would also like to share my experiences that I gained from Dr. Grisold did. Dr. Grisold was warmly recommended to me by a doctor and I confidently made an appointment. My problem, because of which I was referred to him, is that I suffer from a racing heart, dizziness and uncontrolled sweating. A suffering that has tormented me for many months now. I had hoped or expected the Dr. Grisold could offer me important insights and recommendations in this regard. What I got instead was a one-of-a-kind insolent statement that I should simply replace my bedding. A statement for which I had to wait 2 hours and was connected to a taxi ride necessary for me, at 80 years of age. I clearly noted this doctor that he just wanted to get rid of me and was really not interested in dealing with my problem. I don't normally judge other people carelessly but the "treatment" with Dr. Grisold was so degrading, humanly and professionally impossible that I won't let you all know what might be waiting for you here.
B	Baerbel Schmalhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine sehr schlechte Bewertung, da meine 84-jährige Mutter, als sie mit gefährlich erhöhtem Blutdruck in die Praxis kam, nicht einmal Gelegenheit bekam, mit dem Arzt persönlich zu sprechen: es wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin zwar ein EKG gemacht, der Arzt ließ zwei neue, zusätzliche Medikamente aber über seine Sprechstundenhilfe ausrichten! Dass der Blutdruck über 200 war, war offenbar egal! Keine weitere Info, Mutter wurde heimgeschickt! Auf meinen Anruf , wie das sein könne, reagierten die Damen am Telefon arrogant und äußerst unhöflich. Ich kann diese Ordination daher NICHT empfehlen!!! Die Fachkompetenz des Arztes kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber der Umgang seiner Angestellten mit den Patienten ist definitiv so nicht in Ordnung! Unfortunately, a very bad rating, as my 84-year-old mother, when she came to the practice with dangerously high blood pressure, did not even have the opportunity to speak to the doctor personally: one of the employees did an EKG, the doctor left two Arrange new, additional medication through his office hours help! Apparently it didn't matter that the blood pressure was over 200! No further information, mother was sent home! When I called me how that could be, the ladies on the phone reacted arrogantly and extremely rude. I can NOT recommend this ordination !!! I cannot judge the professional competence of the doctor, but the way his employees deal with the patients is definitely not okay!

Mein eigenes Urteil, Herr Dr. Grisold war sehr freundlich und bemüht, somit konnte ich die Rezensionen nicht richtig nachvollziehen. Einzig die Damen am Empfang fand ich etwas ruppig. Ansonsten hat für mich alles gepasst. Before my visit to the doctor, I read the reviews about the ordination of Dr. Grisold, who didn't sound very positive. My own judgement, Dr. Grisold was very friendly and tried hard, so I couldn't really understand the reviews. Only the ladies at the reception I found a bit rough. Otherwise everything was fine for me.

M	Ma Ab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor. Really friendly and made me smile and laugh during the visit. In case one needs to perform a blood test, no appointment is needed. There are certain days and times to walk in to give a blood sample. Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 0730 am until 10:00 am.
