Die Wartezeiten sind ewigst, sogar wenn es nur darum geht ein simples Rezept abzuholen! -.- Erster und letzter Besuch. The staff as well as the doctor are very impersonal and snippy. The waiting times are eternal, even if it's just a simple recipe to pick up! -.- First and last visit.

In diesem Fall ist es aber für mich notwendig,da ich mich wirklich (menschlich)schlecht bzw unfreundlich behandelt gefühlt habe. Ich war für eine Gesundenuntersuchung in der Praxis. Die Voruntersuchung führte die Odinationsgehilfin durch, welche dies wirklich sehr kompetent und freundlich tat! Die restliche Untersuchung wurde von Dr.Karl Hellemann durchgeführt,ich will und kann nichts über seine fachliche Qualität sagen aber ich habe mich noch nie von einem Arzt so unfreundlich behandelt gefühlt. Er machte abfällige Kommentare über meinen Beruf,meine Tätowierung,die Wahl meiner Verhütumgsmethode und meiner Figur!Ich weiss nicht welche Relevanz diese Dinge überhaupt bei einer Gesundenuntersuchung haben?!Ich bin nicht unterernährt oder magersüchtig(und gerade wenn das der Fall wäre müsste man ja etwas Feingefühl von einem Arzt erwarten) und er machte zweimal beleidigende Aussagen zu meiner Figur! Das war auf jeden Fall mein letzter Besuch bei Herr Dr.hellemann! I have never written a review to a doctor or anyone else online. In this case, however, it is necessary for me because I felt really (human) bad or unfriendly treated. I was in the office for a healthy examination. The preliminary examination was carried out by the odination assistant, who really did it very competently and friendly! The rest of the examination was carried out by Dr.Karl Hellemann, I don't want to and can't say anything about his professional quality, but I've never felt treated so unkindly by a doctor. He made derogatory comments about my profession, my tattoo, the choice of my contraceptive method and my figure! I don't know what relevance these things have in a health checkup? I'm not malnourished or anorexic (and if that were the case you would have to expect some sensitivity from a doctor) and he made insulting statements about my figure twice! That was definitely my last visit to Dr.hellemann!
M	Maryam Mossafai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Frau Dr. Ilse Hellemann-Geschwinder hat sich viel Zeit genommen für die Untersuchung, hat Fragen gestellt, gut zugehört und ist auch auf meine Fragen gut eingegangen. Auch die Untersuchung selbst wurde sehr gründlich von ihr durchgeführt. meiner Meinung nach eine sehr freundliche, kompetente Ärztin, die sich Zeit für ihre Patienten Zeit nimmt. (5 Sterne) Allerdings leider lange Wartezeit ... The Mrs. Ilse Hellemann-Geschwinder took a lot of time for the investigation, asked questions, listened carefully and responded well to my questions. The investigation itself was also carried out very thoroughly by her. in my opinion a very friendly, competent doctor who takes time for her patients. (5 Stars) Unfortunately long waiting time ...
M	Michaela Schmuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich ist mir der eine Stern zuviel.Ich war eine Zeit lang Patientin aber hab mich nie wirklich wohl gefühlt oder ernst genommen gefühlt. Man kommt immer wieder zu anderen Ärzten dort man kann nicht wirklich vertrauen aufbauen und man hat das Gefühl der eine weiß nicht was der andere tut.Auch die Wartezeiten sind zu lang! Und um Krankenstand mußte man regelrecht betteln wurde eigentlich immer viel zu früh wieder zur Arbeit geschickt. Ich denke schon das der Patient entscheidet wann man wieder fähig ist zur Arbeit zu gehen. Actually, one star is too much for me. I was a patient for a while but never really felt comfortable or taken seriously. You keep coming back to other doctors there, you can't really build trust and you have the feeling that one doesn't know what the other is doing. The waiting times are also too long! And you literally had to beg for sick leave and was actually always sent back to work far too early. I do think that the patient decides when they are able to go back to work.
