H	Hasl21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Tennis Club droht mit Besitzstörungsklagen wenn man dort „falsch“ parkt obwohl es sich laut Katasterplan um eine öffentliche Straße handelt. Ein Schild, dass es sich um ein Privatgrundstück handelt, fehlt zufällig auf dieser Parkfläche auch. Nur die Schrägparkplätze sind als Privatparkplätze gekennzeichnet welche auch laut Katasterplan zum Club gehören. Um eine Klage abzuwenden soll man einen Betrag von 50€ binnen 3 Tagen überweisen. Auf Anrufe wird grundsätzlich nicht reagiert. Die steuerliche Verbuchung der Einnahmen von geschätzten mehreren tausend Euro pro Tag wäre auch zu hinterfragen. Da die Test- bzw. Impfstraße angrenzend ist, lohnt es sich für den vermeintlichen Besitzer auf jedenfall. The tennis club threatens property infringement lawsuits if you park “wrongly” there, even though it is a public road according to the land registry plan. A sign that it is a private property happens to be missing on this parking area. Only the sloping parking spaces are marked as private parking spaces which, according to the cadastral plan, also belong to the club. To avert a lawsuit, you should transfer an amount of € 50 within 3 days. Calls are generally not responded to. The tax accounting of income of an estimated several thousand euros per day should also be questioned. Since the test or vaccination street is adjacent, it is definitely worth it for the supposed owner.
D	Daniel Brandner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So hatte gestern einen Impftermin mit meiner leider im Rohlstuhl sitzenden Mutter. Da ein erhöhter Andrang herrschte konnte ich auf die schnelle keinen anderen Parklplatz finden und wollte meiner Mutter das nicht antun also parkte ich beim GTC. Es dauerte nicht einmal eine halbe Stunde und wir waren zurück beim Auto. Mit großem erschrecken musste ich feststellen dass sich auf meinem Auto eine Parkstrafe , nicht vom Grazer Parkmandat sondern von einem GTC Mitglied befand! Ich finde es unerhört dass es nicht einmal zu einem verbalen Austausch kam sondern ich gleich 50€ zahlen muss! Außerdem ist das Parkenverbotsschild sehr versteckt aufgestellt was den Anscheind erweckt dass der GTC finanziell auf solche "Spenden" angewiesen ist! So yesterday had a vaccination appointment with my mother, who unfortunately was sitting in a wheelchair. Since there was an increased rush, I couldn't find another parking space quickly and didn't want to do that to my mother, so I parked at the GTC. It didn't even take half an hour and we were back at the car. It was with great shock that I discovered that my car had a parking fine, not from the Graz parking mandate, but from a GTC member! I find it unheard of that there was not even a verbal exchange but that I have to pay 50 €! In addition, the no-parking sign is very hidden, which gives the impression that the GTC is financially dependent on such "donations"!

Leute, habt ihr den Knall nicht gehört? Oder spielt´s illegal Tennis im Lockdown? Ist das überhaupt rechtens, dass extra Sicherheitspersonal im Lockdown beim Parkplatz schwadroniert? Unterste Schublade, wirklich der aller allerletzte Menschenschlag! As if the times weren't hard enough for everyone at the moment, there are still a ... A ... that charge you € 50 for 20 minutes of parking in LOCKDOWN. Guys, didn't you hear the bang? Or is it playing tennis illegally in lockdown? Is it even legal for extra security personnel to rant about the parking lot in lockdown? Bottom drawer, really the very last breed of people!

Ich habe auch auf ihrem Parkplatz geparkt und den Zettel mit der Aufforderung den Betrag von € 50,00 als Überwachungs- und Parkgebühr zu überweisen. Wobei kein Datum bzw eine Unterschrift vom Obmann des Vereines drauf ist. Habe dann ein E-Mail an den Verein gesendet. Leider keine E-Mail- Antwort bekommen. Der telefonische Kontakt wurde auch nicht von Erfolg gekrönt. Ich kann jetzt annehmen daß irgendeine Person diesen Zettel auf mein Auto platziert hat und 50 Euro abkassieren will. Noch schöne Adventszeit. Dear association! I also parked in their parking lot and asked to transfer the amount of € 50.00 as a monitoring and parking fee. There is no date or a signature from the chairman of the association on it. Then I sent an email to the club. Unfortunately I did not receive an e-mail answer. The telephone contact was not crowned with success either. I can now assume that someone has placed this note on my car and wants to collect 50 euros. Have a nice Advent season.
E	Erika Hasiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin wohnt neben dem Tennis Club und ich habe sie mit Essen versorgt weil sie derzeit krank ist und weil die blaue Zone mit Impf willigen voll war parkte ich beim Tennis Club. War nicht mal 20 Min. weg und hatte dann einen Aktenvermerk auf meiner Windschutzscheibe oben , mit Bankverbindung, entweder ich zahle € 50 oder ich bekomme eine Besitzstörungsklage. Für meine gute Tat werde ich jetzt noch bestraft. Totale Abzocke My girlfriend lives next to the tennis club and I provided her with food because she is currently ill and because the blue zone was full of people willing to vaccinate, I parked at the tennis club. Wasn't even 20 minutes away and then had a file note on my windshield upstairs, with bank details, either I pay € 50 or I get a property violation lawsuit. I will now be punished for my good deed. Total rip off
M	Michael Dienbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie in den Rezessionen zuvor beschrieben, war auch ich gestern Abend in der Impfstraße und parkte für 10min mein Auto beim ausgeschilderten Parkplatz mit dem Vermerkt GTC direkt neben den Bogeneingang des Messe Graz. An diesen Parkplatz ist kein zusätzliches Hinweisschild "nur für GTC-Mitglieder" angebracht. Nun habe ich einen Aktenvermerk mit der Aufforderung 50€ zu überweisen, sonst wird eine Besitzstörungsanklage ausgestellt. Zudem kann der Parkplatz im Lockdown auch für die Tennisspieler nicht genutzt werden... Für eine Gute Tat wird man hier abgezockt! Danke für Nichts, lieber GTC. As described in the previous recessions, I was in Impfstrasse yesterday evening and parked my car for 10 minutes at the signposted parking lot with the note GTC right next to the arched entrance to the Graz Exhibition Center. There is no additional sign "only for GTC members" attached to this parking lot. Now I have a note on the file with the request to transfer 50 €, otherwise a property disturbance charge will be issued. In addition, the parking lot in lockdown cannot be used by tennis players ... For a good deed, you get ripped off here! Thanks for nothing, dear GTC.

Wie schon öfters erwähnt haben auch wir zum Impfen auf dem Parkplatz dieses Tennisclubs geparkt. 20 Minuten später als wir zum Auto zurückkehrten hatten wir schon die 50€ Strafe auf der Windschutzscheibe hängen! 20 Minuten!!! Sonntags!!! Lockdown!!!! Bei einem "üblichen" Parkvergehen werden von der Stadt Graz 30€ als Strafe in Rechnung gestellt. So wie ich auch schon mehrere solcher Fälle in den Rezensionen gelesen habe stelle ich mir die Frage: Wartet da wirklich die ganze Zeit jemand und hofft jemanden der zum Impfen kommt falsch parkt, dass sie sich dann wieder mal 50€ in die Tasche stecken können? Was gibt es dazu noch zu sagen als einfach unsympathisch und unausstehlich!!! Just wow! As already mentioned several times, we also parked in the parking lot of this tennis club to get vaccinations. 20 minutes later when we got back to the car we already had the € 50 fine on the windshield! 20 minutes!!! Sunday!!! Lockdown !!!! In the case of a "usual" parking offense, the City of Graz will charge € 30 as a fine. Just like I have already read several such cases in the reviews, I ask myself the question: Is someone really waiting there all the time and hoping someone who comes to the vaccination parks wrongly that they can put 50 € in their pocket again? What else is there to say as simply unsympathetic and obnoxious!
M	Martin M6083 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss schon sagen zuerst auf Fremdgrund zu parken und dann noch hier mit schlechten Bewertungen nachzutreten und dem Verein damit zu schaden, anstatt die Verantwortung bei sich selbst zu suchen ist wirklich letztklassig! Ich kann nur sagen mit dem GTC nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht zu haben sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Nur weiter so und alles Gute! I have to say that parking on someone else's property first and then following up with bad ratings here and damaging the club instead of taking responsibility for yourself is really second-class! I can only say that I have only had very good experiences with the GTC, very nice and courteous! Keep it up and all the best!
