Er hat mir schon sehr geholfen. Es herrschen überhaupt keine langen Wartezeiten. Die Ordination ist weiß, hell und angenehm und die Assistentinnen sind auch sehr angenehm. Die Ordination ist hygienisch einwandfrei. Dr Kraus nimmt sich viel Zeit und geht auf alle Punkte und Fragen auch gleich ein. Dr Kraus bietet gleich an, per du zu sein, da er "auch noch nicht so alt sei" was angenehm ist und das Kommunikationsklima um einiges erleichtert... :-) Dr Kraus ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp! Finally, after a lot of different dermatologists I've already visited, I finally found the Dermatologist who is right for me. He helped me a lot. There are no long waiting times at all. The ordination is white, bright and pleasant and the assistants are also very pleasant. The ordination is hygienic. Dr Kraus takes a lot of time and goes straight to all points and questions. Dr Kraus immediately offers to be by you, because he is "not that old" which is pleasant and the communication climate is a lot easier ... :-) Dr Kraus is a real insider tip!

I was there with my daughter. Very great doctor and nice team, everyone tried very hard. A very sensitive, fine way of dealing with children, really recommendable.

Nach der Diagnose wurden auch die Eltern noch dreimal beruhigt. Die Praxis ist neu, sehr schön eingerichtet, hell und alles picobello sauber. Den Akuttermin haben wir am selben Tag bekommen und man lies uns mit dem Baby auch keine drei Minuten warten. Überhaupt war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es wäre schön, wenn jeder Arzttermin mit Kleinkind so entspannt sein könnte. Vielen Dank! Really very friendly doctor, who in a good mood and very empathetic has examined our yearlings.
