Daher ist der Ansturm auf die Praxis auch enorm, und man muss in eigenem Interesse daher verstehen, dass man beispielsweise besser persönlich zu Terminabsprachen vorstellig wird. Dann kann das Team auch sehr individuell und pragmatisch auf die Bedürfnisse eingehen. Dr. Schäppi hat mir und meiner Familie in einer äußerst prekären Lage medizinische Wege eröffnet, die uns sonst nicht zugänglich gewesen wären. Das, und auch die ermutigenden und einfühlsamen Ratschläge waren uns eine wertvolle Hilfe.
