Frau Dr. Durovic ist nicht nur fachlich top und sehr engagiert sie hat auch noch einen ganz besonderen Bonus: ihre Herzlichkeit, Empathie und ihr großes Verständnis und Mitgefühl egal mit welchem großen oder kleinen Anliegen man zu Ihr kommt. Auch Ihr Team ist super herzlich und man fühlt sich immer gut aufgehoben und willkommen, auch wenns es grade stressig ist. 5 Sterne sind eigentlich noch viel zu wenig! By chance, due to a change of residence, I found Dr. Durovic encountered. Already on my first visit I felt completely at ease. Miss Dr. Durovic is not only technically top and very committed, she also has a very special bonus: her warmth, empathy and her great understanding and compassion, regardless of what big or small concern you come to her. Your team is also very warm and you always feel that you are in good hands and welcome, even when it is stressful. 5 stars are actually still far too few!
W	Walter Populorum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Wochen kein Durchkommen am Telefon, nur Tonband. Im Laufe der Wochen 40 - 50 mal versucht, ohne Erfolg. Kein Mail möglich! Telefon oder Mail ist nötig, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Update 22.10. Habe soeben erfahren, dass Fr. Dr. Durovic lange krank war. Das tut mir wirklich leid, dennoch war dies für die Patienten nicht zu erfahren, nur ein Krankenstand in KW 41 mit Ordination ab 15.10. Fachliche Kritik gab es ohnehin nicht, die Betreuung war stets gut. Ich wünsche Frau Dr. Durovic gute Besserung! No getting through on the phone for weeks, only tape. Tried 40-50 times over the course of a week without success. No mail possible! Telephone or email is necessary to make an appointment. Update 10/22 I just found out that Ms. Dr. Durovic was sick for a long time. I'm really sorry, but the patients couldn't find out about this, just a sick leave in week 41 with ordination from October 15. There was no professional criticism anyway, the support was always good. I wish Dr. Durovic get well soon!
