A	Andrea Hörzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette und bemühte Ärztin auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wartezeiten wie bei jedem anderen Arzt auch. Very nice and hard-working doctor, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Waiting times as with any other doctor.
L	Lucky Luk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin erst vor kurzem von Tulln nach Sollenau gezogen und habe mich ganz schlimm im Kreuz verrissen aber Fr. Dr. Zak war die einzige die bereit war mir zu helfen. Der Weg nach Kottingbrunn war mir wurscht und ich habe es nicht bereut. Diese Ärztin und Ordinationshilfe kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Top Team!!! ?????? I only recently moved from Tulln to Sollenau and tore myself badly in my back, but Ms. Dr. Zak was the only one willing to help me. I didn't care about the way to Kottingbrunn and I haven't regretted it. This doctor and ordination assistant can only be recommended. Top team !!! ??????

Ich war bis jetzt zweimal innerhalb eines Jahres bei Frau Dr. Zak, weil mein Arzt auf Urlaub war. Sie hat jedes Mal korrekt gehandelt, die "richtige" Therapie verordnet, mir geholfen, meine Krankheit zu heilen und zeigte sich äußerst empathisch. Die Wartezeit ist nicht zu bewerten, weil ich ja kein Patient bin/war und ich eingeschoben wurde. Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht teilen. I read the sometimes bad reviews and am actually flabbergasted. I have been to Dr. Zak because my doctor was on vacation. She always acted correctly, prescribed the "right" therapy, helped me to cure my illness and was extremely empathetic. The waiting time is not to be assessed because I am / was not a patient and I was inserted. I can't share the negative reviews.
S	Sandra Goldschald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Zak ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und bemüht. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Bin sehr froh, dass sie meine Hausärztin ist und ich vertraue ihr. Sie erklärt jede Behandlung exakt und geht dabei auf Patienten ein. Dr. Zak is very competent, friendly and hard-working. I can just recommend her. I am very happy that she is my family doctor and I trust her. She explains each treatment exactly and addresses the patient.
S	SR M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und ehrlich interessierte Ärztin. Leider sind die Wartezeiten ohne Termin eine Frechheit, das kann locker mal 2 Stunden dauern. Außerdem gibt es nicht genügend Sitzplätze im Wartebereich, was dazu führt, dass manche Patienten zu Stoßzeiten stehen müssen. Auf das WC darf man nicht einfach so, man muss sich bei der Rezeption den Schlüssel ausborgen...Logik?! Fazit: Die Ärztin ist an sich gut, aber alles drum herum ist auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig. Very friendly and honestly interested doctor. Unfortunately, the waiting times are an impertinence without an appointment, the loose can sometimes take 2 hours.
