S	Sensei Ien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärzte Top, Empfang Flop. Meine Frau, unsre 15 Monate alte Tochter und ich hatten eine schwere Darmgrippe. Erst am Nachmittag war ich soweit erholt, dass ich Auto fahren konnte und brachte meine Frau wegen Kreislauf Problemen zu Dr. Lang. Die Behandlung war Top. Die Dame am Empfang jedoch eine echte Frechheit! Sie hielt uns vor, dass wir nicht am Vormittag zu unserem eigenen Hausarzt gegangen waren, wenn es denn so schlimm wäre, und behandelte uns mit null Wertschätzung - obwohl ich wiederholt erklärte, dass wir uns um unser Kind kümmern mussten und selbst nicht im Stande waren, uns halbwegs auf den Beinen zu halten. Zu allem Überfluss ließ man meine Frau im Wartezimmer dann dahin vegetieren, statt zumindest eine Liege im Hinterzimmer anzubieten. Ich habe noch nie einen so menschenunwürdigen Umgang als Hilfesuchender in einer Ordination erlebt. Auch die einfachsten Höflichkeitsformen waren zuviel des Guten. Doctors Top, reception flop. My wife, our 15 month old daughter and I had a severe bowel flu. It was not until the afternoon that I was so far recovered that I was able to drive a car. Long. The treatment was top. The lady at the reception, however, a real impudence! She reminded us that we did not go to our own GP in the morning, if that were so bad, and treat us with zero esteem - although I repeatedly stated that we had to take care of our child and were unable to do so ourselves to keep us halfway on our feet. To make matters worse, my wife was then vegetated in the waiting room instead of at least offering a couch in the back room. I have never experienced such an inhumane treatment as a seeker of help in an ordination. Even the simplest forms of courtesy were too much of a good thing.
L	Loga Rhythmus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vormals bei Dr. Schadauer und wusste nichts vom Pensionsantritt (gehe äußerst selten zum Arzt). Darum habe ich, nichtsahnend, angerufen und wollte fragen wann ich vorbeikommen könnte wegen eines Anliegen. Prompt wurde ich am Telefon angefahren "wie ich mir das vorstelle?", "ob ich einen Termin habe?" - weil einfach so kommen geht nicht. Ist ok wenn es organisatorisch Änderungen zur vorherigen Praxis gibt, aber der Ton macht die Musik. Da nehme ich lieber einen etwas längeren Anfahrtsweg in den Kauf und such mir einen anderen Arzt. Was formerly with Dr. Schadauer and knew nothing about the pension (very rarely go to the doctor). That's why I called, unsuspecting, and wanted to ask when I might come over because of a concern. Promptly I was hit on the phone "how I imagine?", "Whether I have an appointment?" - because it just does not work. Is ok if there are organizational changes to the previous practice, but the sound makes the music. Since I prefer to take a slightly longer journey in the purchase and look for another doctor.

M	Monika Hobiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute bei der Blutabnahme. Ärzte und Team dort sehr nett. Was man vom Empfang nicht sagen kann. Besonders die ältere Dame mit den roten Haaren. Fragen werde widerwillig und gereizt beantwortet. Wenn man höflich eine Frage stellt ist es eine Frechheit wie diese Frau reagiert. Ich denke es hat kein Patient verdient so behandelt zu werden. Ich war so entsetzt das ich sogar überlegt habe den Arzt zu wechseln Was the blood sample today. Doctors and team very nice there. What you can't say about the reception. Especially the older lady with the red hair. Questions are answered reluctantly and irritably. If you ask a question politely, the way this woman reacts is a cheek. I don't think any patient deserves to be treated like that. I was so horrified that I even considered changing doctors
M	Martin Hornung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beide Ärzte sind sehr bemüht um Ihre Patienten und nehmen sich auch wirklich Zeit bei Fragen, man wird nicht nur schnell abgefertigt wie es oft anderswo der Fall ist. Am Empfang geht es aber oftmals sehr unfreundlich zu, vorallem die ältere Dame mit den kurzen, roten Haaren wird immer unfreundlicher nicht nur am Telefon sondern auch live, echt Schade, denn bei alten Schadauer Zeiten war sie eigentlich sehr nett und freundlich, die neuere Kollegin mit den kurzen Blonden Haaren und der Brille ist dafür sehr bemüht um Ihre KUNDEN. Both doctors are very eager to look after their patients and really take their time with questions; you are not only dealt with quickly, as is often the case elsewhere. Also immer viel Zeit einplanen auch wenn Termine vergeben werden. Finde ich persönlich als schlecht organisiert. Schade Despite an appointment at 8 a.m. for the vaccination, my husband had to wait more than 40 minutes even though almost no patients were present. So always plan a lot of time even when appointments are made. I personally find it badly organized. Pity
