I did the test 23 hours ago, so far no SMS with test results has come. I had important appointments and now I have to make a new test appointment. A cheek!

Anscheinend funktioniert beim Ablaufprozess etwas nicht! twice been there myself, once with my boyfriend, received NO test result! Apparently something is wrong with the flow process!

Trotz Verweis der Helpline (Tel),ist man in KEINER gurgelbox in der Lage das Ergebnis auszudrucken! Gurgelbox was ok, but chaos in Vienna due to test confirmation is inhuman! Despite the reference from the helpline (Tel), you are NOT able to print out the result in any gurgelbox!
S	Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin soll man sich bei -2 Grad mit zwei kleinen Kindern in einer endlosen Schlange anstellen. Dann Brauch ich keinen Termin!!!!!! Schelchtes Services und unfreundlich. Despite an appointment, you should queue at -2 degrees with two small children in an endless queue. Then I don't need an appointment!!!!! Bad service and unfriendly.

Termin gemacht, an einem Samstag vormittags hingegangen (war zu früh dort) kam sofort dran, und der Spaß hat keine 3 Minuten gedauert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Test SMS und das Ergebnis war binnen eines Tages da. Absolut problemlose Sache. I cannot understand the negative reviews in any way. Made an appointment, went there on a Saturday morning (was there too early), and the fun lasted less than 3 minutes. Friendly employees, test SMS and the result was there within a day. Absolutely no problem.

An manchen Tagen und Uhrzeit gibt es natürlich immer Leute die keinen Plan von irgendwas haben und dann alles aufhalten, das hat man glaub ich überall. Voranmelden braucht man sich nicht, es interessiert dort keinen, also einfach kommen wanns grad passt. Die neue Sache mit dem Code per SMS zugeschickt bekommen ist aber echt nervig, früher war es besser. Practical. Fast. Competently. No long wait and nice staff. On some days and times there are of course always people who have no plan of anything and then stop everything, I think you have that everywhere. You don't need to register in advance, nobody is interested there, so just come when it suits you. Getting the new thing with the code sent via SMS is really annoying, it used to be better.

Habe mehrmals gegen die Türe geklopft aber keiner machte auf. Im Internet steht das es immer noch offen ist und nicht stark besucht ist. Was für eine Frechheit. 03/23/22 Had an appointment at 1pm today. When I got there at 12:59, everything was closed. There was no employee there. I knocked on the door several times but no one opened it. The internet says it's still open and not heavily frequented. What cheek.
