g	gramurspel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg: Ich mag die Frau Dr Herczeg da sie Kompetent und SEHR NETT ist! Ich hab heute 250!!! Mal Angerufen und muss jetzt als Risikopatient quer durch Wien fahren wegen einem Medikament. Ausserdem wird man sehr oft aus der Leitung geworfen. Das Telefonat wird entgegengenommen mit den worten bitte warten und nach 20 minuten wird man Rausgeworfen. Geschehen um 17;45, 18:11, 18:33, 18:45. SO SIEHT SERVICE NICHT AUS! Ich mag die Frau Dr aber der männliche Kollege sollte sich evt eine andere Arbeit suchen denn jemanden ins Wort fallen und auch unfreundlich werden geht an einer SERVICELINE wo Kranke Menschen Anrufen absolut gar nicht! Ich werde nicht mehr hin gehen! First of all: I like Dr Herczeg because she is competent and VERY NICE! I have 250 today !!! Called me and now has to drive across Vienna as a high-risk patient because of a drug. In addition, one is very often thrown out of the line. The phone call is answered with the words please wait and after 20 minutes you will be kicked out. Done at 5:45 p.m., 6:11 p.m., 6:33 p.m., 6:45 p.m. SERVICE DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THAT! I like the Ms. Dr but the male colleague should possibly look for another job because someone interrupting the word and also being unfriendly goes to a SERVICELINE where sick people absolutely do not call! I will not go any more!

Zusätzlich ist die Organisation katastrophal, sodass man sich noch nicht anmelden und wieder heimgehen kann - man darf also 1h auf der Straße warten. Das Empfangspersonal ist außerdem noch sehr unfreundlich und findet jedes mal andere Ausreden wieso es genau heute so lange dauert. Despite the appointment, you wait more than 1 hour there. In addition, the organization is catastrophic, so that you can't register and go home yet - so you can wait on the street for 1 hour. The reception staff is also very unfriendly and every time they find different excuses why it is taking so long today.

Vor der Praxis dann erfahren, dass der Termin vollkommen nutzlos ist und man sich trotzdem einfach anstellen muss bis man drankommt. Die Tür wird nach jedem Patienten sofort verschlossen sodass man nicht mal in die Praxis reinkommen kann um Fragen zu stellen. Fazit: Wochenlange Wartezeit für einen Termin, danach Stundenlange Wartezeit vor Ort. Waited over a week for an appointment for a simple driver's license examination. Before the practice, find out that the appointment is completely useless and you still just have to wait in line until you get it. The door is locked immediately after each patient so that you cannot even come into the practice to ask questions. Conclusion: weeks of waiting for an appointment, then hours of waiting on site.
R	Ronald Lamprecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Verlobte u ich waren schon dort als noch Dr.Sommer war!da es Fr.Dr.Herczeg jetzt auch schon paar Jahre gibt bzw die Gruppenpraxis zusammen mit Fr.Dr.Paukner,nach all den Jahren mit Frau Dr karola herczeg,sind wir sehr dankbar solch eine freundliche,immer bemühte,sehr kompetente Ärztin die sich egal wieviel los ist,die Zeit für Ihre Patienten nimmt,Personal sind ALLE sehr freundlich!Immer geöffnet,da immer mind.eine Ärztin da ist!! My fiancée and I were already there when Dr.Sommer was still there! As Mrs. Dr. Herczeg has been around for a few years now or the group practice together with Mrs. Dr. Paukner, after all these years with Dr. Karola Herczeg, we are Very grateful such a friendly, always hard-working, very competent doctor who, no matter how busy, takes the time for your patients, the staff are ALL very friendly! Always open, as at least one doctor is always there!
S	Stephan “Stephan” Werner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie war einmal eine sehr gute Ärztin. Ist aber seit einiger Zeit soo überfordert. Ich kann diesen Arzt nicht empfehlen. Man wartet den ganzen Tag mit schmerzen in der Praxis, andere Patienten die lange nach mit kamen, wurden vor mir aufgerufen. Ich besuche so selten einen Arzt weil sie meist unnützes zeug verschreiben, Hilfe sieht anders aus! Und vielleicht keine 4000 patienten nehmen. Wenn man sie nicht alle gleich gut behandeln kann. Ich rate jeden ab der krank ist. She was once a very good doctor. But has been so overwhelmed for some time. I cannot recommend this doctor. You wait the whole day with pain in the practice, other patients who came long after were called in front of me. I so seldom visit a doctor because they usually prescribe useless stuff, help looks different! And maybe not take 4000 patients. When you can't treat them all equally well. I advise everyone who is sick.
B	Brigitte Artinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal trotz hohem patientenaufkommen stehts freundlich und sehr bemüht, viele sehen die Arbeit dahinter leider nicht und beschweren sich oft wegen der Wartezeiten. Ja an vielen Tagen hat man wirklich lange Wartezeiten, aber dafür hören die Ärztinnen einem genau zu und nehmen sich auch wirklich zeit für Ihre Patienten, da warte ich von mir aus sogar zwei Stunden wenn es sein muss aber ich werde ernst genommen und nicht sofort mit nem schnellen Rezept wieder abgewürgt. Also ich bin sehr zufrieden und wie schon geschrieben, lieber länger warten dafür ernst genommen als so schnell wie möglich gleich wieder weggeschickt werden. m	metalsolidknife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe lediglich eine telefonische Krankmeldung aufgrund von Impfnebenwirkungen gebraucht. Da mein Arzt auf Urlaub ist, fiel die Wahl auf diese Gruppenpraxis. Die Empfangsdame notierte sich meine Telefonnummer und meinte, dass mich die Frau Doktor anrufen werde, um mir die Krankmeldung auszustellen. Ich wurde NICHT angerufen und habe somit KEINE Krankmeldung bekommen. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich einen anderen Arzt kontaktiert. Diese Arbeitsweise ist eine Zumutung. I only needed a phone call to report sickness due to vaccination side effects. Since my doctor is on vacation, this group practice was chosen. The receptionist made a note of my telephone number and said that the doctor would call me to write me the sick note. I was NOT called and so I did NOT receive a sick note. Had I known, I would have contacted another doctor. This way of working is an imposition.
