D	Dominik Knoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrung mit der Praxis war äußerst positiv! Man merkt, dass das Team sehr erfahren ist und professionell arbeitet. Obwohl gebohrt werden musste, verlief alles schmerzfrei. Mit dem Endergebnis bin ich auch sehr zufrieden! Ich kann diesen Zahnarzt nur empfehlen! My experience with the practice has been extremely positive! You can tell that the team is very experienced and works professionally. Although drilling had to be done, everything was painless. I am also very satisfied with the end result! I can only recommend this dentist!
B	Bate papo com a Monique on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin? Schnell Parkplatz? Unproblematisch Praxis? Modern Behandlung? Schlecht! Ich war dort fur eine Kontrolle. Eine alte Zahnfüllung gehört erneut, nachdem sie uneben ist bzw. eine prophylaktische Behandlung bevor die Schmerzen kommen und ein großes Problem entsteht. Der Arzt hat nichts gemacht, hat die andere Zähne nicht angeschaut. Auf Fragen reagiert er nicht hilfsbereit. Wenn ich 5 Minuten auf dem Sessel gesessen bin war schon zu lang. Er hat noch englisch mit mir geredet, obwohl ich die deutsche Sprache problemlos beherrsche. Zum Schluss hat er noch gesagt, dass ich wieder in einem Jahr fur eine Kontrolle kommen könnte! NIE WIEDER!!!! Dann wird der Zahn kaputt sein und er würde vielmehr mit der Berhandlung verdienen. Leider ist mein Zahnarzt jetzt ein Pensionist. Ich war bei anderen Zahnärzten, aber nur dieser Zahnarzt hat den schlechten Ruf von Zahnärtzten in Österreich bestätigt. Meeting? Fast Parking spot? No problem Practice? Modern Treatment? Bad! I was there for a check. An old tooth filling needs to be reapplied after it is uneven or prophylactic treatment before the pain comes and a big problem arises. The doctor didn't do anything, didn't look at the other teeth. He doesn't respond helpful to questions. When I sat on the armchair for 5 minutes it was too long. He still spoke to me in English, even though I can speak the German language without any problems. Finally he said that I could come back for a check in a year! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Then the tooth will be broken and it would rather make money from the treatment. Unfortunately my dentist is now a pensioner. I have been to other dentists, but only this dentist has confirmed the bad reputation of dentists in Austria.
A	Andi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der 1. Termin beim jungen Arzt: sehr höflich, kompetent, zugänglich (vor allem gegenüber der Kinder!). Hat vor der Behandlung erklärt, was gemacht wird. Hat auch Fotos angefertigt und damit erklärt, was er nun macht. Exzellent!! Die Kinder haben sich fast wohl gefühlt. ? Der 2. Termin (29.7.20): Der Senior: unhöflich, forsch. Hat nichts erklärt. Als unser Sohn Angst bekommen hat, meinte er nur, er soll sich nicht so anstellen! Die gesamte Behandlung war ein Fiasko! Zum jungen Arzt: jederzeit wieder! Zum alten Arzt: nie mehr! The first appointment with the young doctor: very polite, competent, approachable (especially towards the children!). Explained what will be done before the treatment. Also took photos and explained what he's doing now. Excellent!! The children almost felt comfortable. ? The 2nd appointment (July 29th, 2020): The senior: impolite, brisk. Didn't explain anything. When our son got scared, he just said not to act like that! The entire treatment was a fiasco! To the young doctor: again at any time! To the old doctor: never again!

Die Behandlung (Wurzelbehandlung) war nahezu schmerzfrei. Engagiertes und sympathisches Personal. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Trotz deutlich längerer Anfahrt wurde ich nicht enttäuscht: Ich fand eine topmoderne Praxis mit einem jungen, motivierten Team vor. Sowohl das Vorbereiten, als auch das Einsetzen der Krone verlief ohne Komplikationen, auf meine Fragen ging Herr Rammer geduldig ein. Alles an allem meine absolute Empfehlung für Jeden, dem seine Zahngesundheit wichtig ist und Wert auf professionelle Betreuung legt. Even if my previous dentist did a really good job, I went to Mr. Rammer's recommendation to finally complete the repair of a tooth that had been painful for a long time. Despite the significantly longer journey, I was not disappointed: I found a state-of-the-art practice with a young, motivated team. Both the preparation and the insertion of the crown went without complications, Mr. Rammer answered my questions patiently. All in all, my absolute recommendation for everyone for whom their dental health is important and who values professional care.

Frau Doktor hat mir alles genau erklärt und war sehr einfühlsam. Die Behandlung war nahezu schmerzfrei. Ich kann diese Ordination nur empfehlen. A very friendly and competent team. I had a rather complicated apicectomy. The doctor explained everything to me in detail and was very empathetic. The treatment was almost painless. I can only recommend this ordination.

Nicht weil sie mit ihrem vorherigen Zahnarzt unzufrieden war, sondern weil sie dort eine steile Treppe hochgehen musste um in die Ordination zu gelangen. Da sie nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß ist, fällt ihr das schwer. Aufgrund ihres geschrumpften Kiefers wollte sie sich eine neue Zahnprothese von Ihnen anfertigen lassen. Ihr ehemaliger Zahnarzt sagte, dass sei möglich jedoch etwas kostspielig. Sie sagten zu ihr, dass würde ihr sowieso nichts helfen, sie müsse mit ihrem Problem jetzt leben und sie sei ohnehin schon einige Jahre auf der Welt. Ich bin kein Arzt und kann daher Ihre Diagnose nicht beurteilen. Aber so geht man meiner Meinung nach nicht mit einer älteren Dame um. Sie wird jetzt wieder zu ihrem alten Zahnarzt wechseln (bei dem Sie sehr rasch einen Termin bekommen hat) und sich wieder die steile Treppe hinauf quälen. Ich hoffe Sie gehen mit Ihren anderen Patienten höflicher und respektvoller um. Dear Mr. dr rammer, my grandmother (81) recently switched to you. Not because she was dissatisfied with her previous dentist, but because she had to climb a steep flight of stairs to get to the surgery. Since she is no longer so good on her feet, this is difficult for her. Because of her shrunken jaw, she wanted you to make a new denture for her. Her ex-dentist said it was possible but a bit expensive. They said to her that nothing would help her anyway, she had to live with her problem now and she had been around for a few years anyway. I am not a doctor and therefore cannot judge your diagnosis. But I don't think that's how you treat an older lady. She will now go back to her old dentist (whom she got an appointment with very quickly) and struggle up the steep stairs again. I hope you are more polite and respectful of your other patients.
