Die Ordinationsgehilfin hat die Ärztin im Behandlungsraum gefragt wann ich an die Reihe kommen würde, diese hat dann, unüberhörbar, darauf geantwortet: "Die Frau Doppelhammer hat einen doppelten Vogel, ist eine echte Funse und kann gefelixt warten!" So etwas Beleidigendes habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht erlebt! Völlig unprofessionell und inakzeptabel! Diese Ärztin hat mich zum letzten Mal in ihrer Ordination gesehen! Technically top - human flop What I do with Dr. Doneus experienced in the ordination left me speechless! The ordinal assistant asked the doctor in the treatment room when it would be my turn, and then, unmistakably, she replied: "The woman Doppelhammer has a double bird, is a real funse and can wait to be mixed!" I have never seen anything so insulting in my life! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! This doctor saw me in her ordination for the last time!

Wir wurden von der Dame am Empfang höflich begrüßt, und da das Wartezimmer voll war haben wir die 3 Fragebögen auch gleich dort ausgefüllt. Unser 4-jähriger Sohn fühlte sich dadurch etwas gelangweilt und setzte sich am Rand des Ganges auf den Boden. Plötzlich hörte ich von hinten jemanden mit ihm schimpfen, dass er das nicht tun kann und was er sich dabei denke. Ich drehte mich um und stellte fest, dass es die Ärztin war, die mit ihm schimpfte, weil er auf dem Boden saß. Ich entgegnete ihr, dass wir gleich fertig wären. Das war genug Grund unsere Fähigkeiten als Erziehungsberechtigte in Frage zu stellen. Daraufhin verließen wir die Praxis wieder, weil ich keinem 4-jährigen zumuten kann sich von einem Menschen in den Mund schauen zu lassen, der vorher mit ihm geschrien hat. Gerade mit Kindern sollte man sorgsam umgehen, um ihnen die Angst vorm Arzt zu nehmen. SOCIAL COMPETENCE EQUAL ZERO !!! We were greeted politely by the lady at the front desk, and since the waiting room was full we filled out the 3 questionnaires right there. Our 4-year-old son felt a bit bored and sat down on the edge of the hallway. Suddenly I heard from behind someone scolding him that he can not do that and what he thinks about it. I turned around to find that it was the doctor who scolded him for sitting on the floor. I replied that we would be finished soon. That was enough reason to question our ability as guardians. Then we left the practice again, because I can not expect a 4-year-old to look into the mouth of a man who has previously shouted with him. Especially with children should be handled carefully to take away their fear of the doctor.
C	Christina Schindlecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab wegen Zahnschmerzen angerufen und nach ein wenig bitten noch am selben Tag einen Termin bekommen. Bin mit den Behandlungen, mit der Ärztin und den Assistenten sehr zufrieden. Mundhygiene ist ebenfalls top. Alle sind sehr bemüht und total unkompliziert. Mit meinem Sohn war ich auch 1x da. Er mag nicht mehr hingehen, die Behandlung tat ihm sehr weh und es wurde nicht sehr kindergerecht mit ihm umgegangen - daher 1 Stern Abzug. Aber es gibt ja auch tolle Zahnärzte für Kinder in unserer Gegend ;-) I called for a toothache and after a little asking I got an appointment the same day. I am very satisfied with the treatments, the doctor and the assistants. Oral hygiene is also top. Everyone is very hard working and totally uncomplicated. I was there once with my son. He no longer likes to go there, the treatment hurt him very much and he was not treated very child-friendly - hence 1 star deduction. But there are also great dentists for children in our area ;-)
J	Johanna Grabner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden mit Frau Dr. Doneus bis ich zum ersten Mal mit meiner Tochter dort war. Wir wurden gebeten, die Praxis zu verlassen, bevor die Ärztin überhaupt bei uns im Behandlungszimmer war. Der Grund war meine eingeschüchterte Tochter. Sie wollte nur nicht sofort den Mund öffnen, sie hat weder laut geweint noch sonst irgendwie Unruhe gestiftet. Wir waren sogar die einzigen in der Ordination. Trotzdem wurde es nicht der Mühe wert gefunden, auf sie einzugehen. Stattdessen wurden wir ganz einfach rausgeworfen. Ein Honorar wurde laut OÖGKK-Leistungsübersicht jedoch trotzdem verrechnet!!!! Wir gingen daraufhin zu einer Ärztin im Nachbarort, wo alles komplett ohne Probleme über die Bühne ging. I was actually always very happy with Dr. Doneus until I was there with my daughter for the first time. We were asked to leave the practice before the doctor was even in our treatment room. The reason was my intimidated daughter. She just didn't want to open her mouth immediately, she neither cried loudly nor caused any trouble. We were even the only ones in the ordination. Still, it wasn't worth the effort to go into it. Instead we were simply kicked out. A fee was nevertheless charged according to the OÖGKK service overview !!!! We then went to a doctor in the neighboring town, where everything went completely without problems.
