★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt derzeit fast nur mehr Arztpraxen und Büros. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es kaum mehr etwas zu sehen, es hat sich leider alles ins Zentrum verschoben. Wenn man den Lift benutzen möchte muss man um das Gebäude herum gehen... Aber vielleicht ändert sich das in Zukunft, vielleicht kann man wieder Leben ins Erdgeschoss bringen.
At the moment there are almost only medical practices and offices. There is hardly anything to see on the ground floor, unfortunately everything has moved to the center. If you want to use the elevator you have to walk around the building ... But maybe that will change in the future, maybe you can bring life back to the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin immer wider mal in den Räumen vom City Center unterwegs. Meistens wenn ich einen Arzttermin habe. Parken ist super, eine Tiefgarage steht zur verfügung.
I'm always out and about in the rooms of the City Center. Mostly when I have a doctor's appointment. Parking is great, an underground car park is available.

Dieses Gebäude ist fast immer leer, außer in den Arztpraxen.
Mehr interessante Geschäfte sind ein muss um das Gebäude wieder zu beleben.
The name "City Center" has not been true for a long time.
This building is almost always empty, except in the doctor's offices.
More interesting shops are a must to revitalize the building.
