Nachtrag: Office Supplies 24 die nicht funktionierenden Patronen sofort getauscht (innerhalb von 18 Std. nach Reklamation waren die Austauschpatronen vor Ort!!!!!!...ich denke schneller geht nicht). Unfortunately, the replica cartridges for HP printers do not work and are therefore unusable. Conclusion: No more replica cartridges! Addendum: Office Supplies 24 exchanged the non-working cartridges immediately (the replacement cartridges were on site within 18 hours of the complaint !!!!!! ... I think it couldn't be faster).
