H	Harald Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe heute mitte februar angerufen um einen termin zu bekommen. der erste freie termin ist ende april! ist doch eine frechtheit, es wird einem keine allternative angeboten oder sonstige sachen. monate lang auf einen termin warten beim hautarzt ist meiner meinung nach eine riesen frechheit!!! minus 5 sterne I called mid-February today to get an appointment. the first free date is at the end of april! it is an injustice, you are not offered an alternative or other things. For months waiting for an appointment at the dermatologist is a huge cheek in my opinion! minus 5 stars

Und danach 2 minute auf eine Gespräch!Traurig aber war,eine fall für Ärztekammer!Frechheit! Waiting time for an appointment 2 months, waiting time in ordination 40 minutes. And then 2 minutes for a conversation! Sad but it was a case for the medical association! Cheek!

Trotz stark frequentierter Ordination, fand man für meinen Notfall eine Lücke, und mir wurde von Fr Dr. Groisz sehr kompetent geholfen. Ein großes Lob an die Sprechstundenhilfen, welche mit sehr viel Empathie und Fürsorge für mich da waren! A big THANK YOU to the whole team !! I have been a patient here for years. Despite the busy ordination, a gap was found for my emergency, and Dr. Groisz helped very competently. Kudos to the office hours helpers, who were there for me with a lot of empathy and care!

In Corona Zeiten bin ich froh einen Termin zu bekommen und ob es ein Notfall ist entscheidet die Ärztin und nicht der Patient! Fr. Dr. Groisz ist fachlich sehr kompetent und versucht auch in schwierigen Zeiten wie dieser Pandemie bestmögliche Arbeit zu leisten und Termine zur Verfügung zu stellen! Die meisten 1Stern Bewertungen sind hier von Personen die prinzipiell Ambulanzen blockieren, da diese selbst bei HausärztInnen keine Wartezeiten akzeptieren!? I find it exciting that everyone here believes that if you have a personal problem, it is an emergency! In Corona times I am happy to get an appointment and whether it is an emergency decides the doctor and not the patient! Dr. Groisz is technically very competent and tries to do the best possible work and make appointments available even in difficult times like this pandemic! Most of the 1-star ratings are from people who principally block outpatient clinics, as they do not accept waiting times even with general practitioners !?
J	Julia Julietta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles Bestens! In der Privatordination bekommt man auch innerhalb weniger Tage einen Termin in dringenden Fällen. Wartezeit vor Ort = 0! Frau Dr. Groiss ist für mich äußerst kompetent und man wird gründlich untersucht (Muttermalkontrolle). Könnte nichts beanstanden! :-) Everything great! In the private practice you can get an appointment within a few days in urgent cases. Waiting time on site = 0! Miss Dr. Groiss is extremely competent for me and one is thoroughly examined (birthmark control). Couldn't fault anything! :-)
M	MsVaniiBunny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Extra angerufen ob ich vorbeikommen kann bezüglich eines Akuten Hautausschlag. Als ich erwähnt habe das ich das erste mal bei der Ordination wäre, meinte die Assistentin nur das Sie mich unterbrechen müsse und das sie bis nächstes Jahr keine neuen Patienten mehr aufnehmen. Auf meine frage nicht mal bei einem akut fall meinte Sie nur „nein tut mir leid“. Oft frage ich mich warum ich eigentlich in ein Gesundheitssystem einzahle, wenn ich eh keine Leistung dafür erhalte. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone. I called extra to see if I had an acute rash. When I mentioned that I would be at the ordination for the first time, the assistant only said that she had to interrupt me and that she would not accept any new patients until next year. When I asked, not even in an acute case, she only said “no, I'm sorry”. I often ask myself why I am actually paying into a health system if I am not receiving any benefits for it anyway.
R	Robert Asinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminvereinbarung ist in Ordnung. Wartezeit ebenso. Fr Dr Groisz hört sich meine Probleme an und hat bisher immer die richtige Behandlung gewählt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Appointment is fine. Waiting time as well. Dr Groisz listens to my problems and has always chosen the right treatment so far. I'm very satisfied.

Die Wartezeit auf einen Termin war für eine Routineuntersuchung absolut akzeptabel (ca. 1 Monat). Die Wartezeit vor Ort betrug etwa 40 Minuten, das würde uns auch gleich bei der Anmeldung gesagt, es ist kein Problem, die Ordination zu verlassen und später wiederzukommen. Die längere Wartezeit würde damit begründet, dass am Morgen ein Notfall drangekommen ist und sich daher alles etwas verschoben hat, das ist für mich auch eine schlüssige und nachvollziehbarer Grund. Obacht: Leider hat Dr. Groiß ab Jänner 2022 keinen Vertrag mehr mit der ÖGK sondern ist für Patienten dieser Kasse nur noch als Wahlärztin verfügbar. The staff at the counter are super friendly, Dr. Very accurate and competent. The waiting time for an appointment was absolutely acceptable for a routine examination (approx. 1 month). The waiting time on site was around 40 minutes, we would be told that when registering, it is no problem to leave the ordination and come back later. The longer waiting time would be justified by the fact that there was an emergency in the morning and therefore everything has shifted a bit, which is also a coherent and understandable reason for me. Attention: Unfortunately, Dr. Groiß will no longer have a contract with the ÖGK from January 2022, but will only be available as a doctor of choice for patients in this health insurance fund.
