Nachfrage EXTREM unfreundlich, unverständlich, versteht kein Deutsch und legt mitten im Gespräch auf! Nach erneutem Anruf wollte der mir eine andere Bestellung andrehen und als ich ihm gesagt hab das das nicht meine Bestellung ist sagt der ernsthaft man soll schlafen gehen und er liefert meine Bestellung morgen? Leider sehr unterbelichtete Leute! 0 Sterne! WATCH OUT !!! HANDS OFF !!! Order will not arrive! After more than 1.5 hours (!) Of inquiry EXTREMELY unfriendly, incomprehensible, doesn't understand German and hangs up in the middle of a conversation! After another call he wanted to put another order on me and when I told him that this is not my order, he seriously says you should go to sleep and he will deliver my order tomorrow? Kleinigkeiten wie Getränk vergessen oder einmal eine falsche Pizza geliefert zu bekommen waren für uns nie Grund, sich querulantisch zu verhalten, das Marktamt einzuschalten oder mit einer Unterlassungsklage zu drohen. Unerwünschter Flyer hin oder her, aber Unterlassungsklage? Hallo? :D Meiner Meinung setzen sich hier die meisten Bewertungen aus Querulanten zusammen, die besser dem Stock aus dem Allerwertesten ziehen und aufhören sollten, 1 Sterne Bewertungen wegen Lächerlichkeiten zu schreiben, sucht Euch ein Hobby! For 13 years we have been ordering relatively often from Schnitzel Profi and have never had a reason for complaint. The food was always fresh and ok. Little things like forgetting a drink or getting the wrong pizza delivered were never a reason for us to behave in a troubled manner, to call in the market office or to threaten an injunction. Unwanted flyer or not, but an injunction? Hello? : D In my opinion, most of the reviews are made up of troublemakers, who should better pull the stick out of their hands and stop writing 1 star reviews because of ridiculousness, look for a hobby!

Unhöflicher Mitarbeiter/Besitzer legt mitten im Telefonat auf nachdem er den Kunden anschreit und liefert nichts weil "zu viel los ist" obwohl schon bezahlt wurde. Nach 1,5h Stunden Wartezeit muss man persönlich anrufen um rauszufinden dass man nicht mehr beliefert wird und dann wird einem am nächsten Tag versprochen dass die Bestellung nachgeliefert wird aber das keine Rückerstattung möglich ist, daraufhin wenn man sich meldet um das Essen in Anspruch zu nehmen wird man angeschrien beleidigt und die Mitarbeiter legen auf. Auf gar keinen Fall bei Diesem Drecksloch bestellen, ersparen Sie sich die Erfahrung Filthy service, zero professionalism, such a place must be displayed and blocked. B	Belinda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab am Montag was chinesies bestellt ( ich weiß nur beim richtigen bestellen NIE WIEDER) 1, Ich habe um 56 Euro bestellt dafür das es nach 2 stunden erst angekommen ist 2, Ich habe mir gebratenen Nudeln mit Gemüse bestellt und Eeierreis mir Shrimps 3, die shrimps waren die vom spar ( die aufgewermt echt nicht zum essen sind und das genze hat echt nicht gut geschmeckt so das ich dachte das ich eine Lebensmittel vegifftung bekomme wenn ich noch etwas esse 4, die Nudeln waren genz normale Spaghetti Nudeln und im großen und ganzen auch ungenießbar Jetzt frage ich sie ist das schon wenn dieeute von ihrem Essen eine Lebensmittel vegifftung bekommen? Also sie können sich sicher sein ich bestelle NIE WIEDER BEI EUCH EINFACH NUR EGELHAGT WAS VON IHNEN SERVIERT WIRDE!!!!!!!!!k Und jetzt auch noch die Frechheit besitzen und darunter zu schreiben das ich nicht bei euch bestellt habe obwohl ich die Rechnung noch halb is schön blöd oder ihr seit echt unverschämt also echt mal! I ordered something Chinese on Monday (I only know if I order the right one NEVER AGAIN) 1, I ordered for 56 euros because it only arrived after 2 hours 2, I ordered fried noodles with vegetables and egg rice with shrimp 3, the shrimp were the ones from the Spar (the warmed up really aren't to eat and the whole thing really didn't taste good so I thought I'd get a food poisoning if I eat something else 4, the noodles were just normal spaghetti noodles and by and large and Whole also inedible Now I ask you is it already when people get food poisoning from their food?So you can be sure I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN, JUST EGELHAGT WHAT YOU SERVE!!!!!!!!! And now have the cheek to write that I didn't order from you even though I still paid half the bill is pretty stupid or you're being really rude, really!
D	DereineLeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 Pizzen bestellt, 2 nachbestellt. Die ersten Pizzen kamen nach gut 2h an, auf die anderen 2 durften wir ebenfalls nochmal 2,5h warten. Auf einigen der Pizzen war Alufolie, sie waren extrem fettig und der Teig war pappig. Die Pizza mit Alufolie hat der Fahrer dann wieder mitgenommen (2,5h drauf gewartet) damit wir sie nicht bezahlen müssen. Alles in allem war dann die Geduld um 2:30 Uhr am Ende und der Magen mit einer schlechten Pizza in Teilen gefüllt. Trotz eines so großen Umsatzes für den Lieferanten wenig Interesse für uns Kunden. Alles in allem würde ich also beim nächsten Mal lieber hungern, als dort nochmal zu bestellen. Ordered 20 pizzas, ordered 2 more. The first pizzas arrived after a good 2 hours, and we had to wait another 2.5 hours for the other 2. Some of the pizzas had aluminum foil on them, they were extremely greasy and the dough was sticky. The driver then took the pizza with aluminum foil back with him (waited for it for 2.5 hours) so that we didn't have to pay for it. All in all, patience ran out at 2:30 a.m. and the stomach was filled with a bad pizza in parts. Despite such a large turnover for the supplier, little interest for us customers. So all in all I would rather go hungry next time than order there again.
