A	A. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Jahr schon in Kontakt (2 Termine) sagt er er könne uns in den letzten 2,5 Monaten als Kassenarzt nicht mit unserer Zahnspange beginnen. Da hätte ich gleich zu wen anderen gehen können. Die Arzthelferin sagte als wir kamen, sie weiß es nicht was sich ändern wird. Und nach 1,5h Warterei sagt sie der Arzt kommt nicht dazu in Kassenvertragszeit mit der Spange zu beginnen. So eine Verarsche. Bin echt sehr verärgert. After a year already in contact (2 appointments) he says he could not start us with our braces in the last 2.5 months as a statutory health insurance doctor. I could have gone to someone else right away. The nurse said when we came, she doesn't know what's going to change. And after 1.5 hours of waiting, the doctor says she won't be able to start with the brace during the contract period. What a fool. I'm really very upset.

Gusenleitner selber ist sehr kompetent, jedoch sind die Assistentinnen sehr unvorsichtig und wie gesagt oftmals sehr unfreundlich und hochnäsig. KEINE WEITEREMPFEHLUNG !!! Unfriendly staff, I've been waiting for my appointment for almost a year now, which ultimately had to be postponed again. Mr. Gusenleitner himself is very competent, but the assistants are very careless and, as I said, often very unfriendly and snooty. NO RECOMMENDATION!!!
