Schlimmer geht's nimmer ! Doch plötzlich, Montag früh nach den Feiiertagen, ein rettender Rückruf von Hr.Ing.Rieder persönlich, mit der Zusage, sich sofort um die Lösung des leidigen Problem anzunehmen ! Ein kompetentes, freundliches Rieder-Team steht um 7h früh vor der Tür: um 12h ist der Schaden behoben, der leck gewordene Windkessel getauscht, alle Toiletten wieder einsatzbereit ! Ein großes Danke an Herrn Ing. Rieder persönlich und sein 1A-Team ! Familie Nimmervoll During the holidays, the air boiler leaked, no more toilets can be used in the house, the basement flooded, no "plumber 24-hour emergency service" came despite telephone confirmations! It is never worse! But suddenly, Monday morning after the holidays, a saving recall from Mr. Ing.Rieder personally, with the promise to immediately take care of the solution to the problem! A competent, friendly Rieder team is at the door at 7am: the damage is fixed at 12pm, the leaked wind boiler is exchanged, all toilets are ready for use again! A big thank you to Mr. Ing. Rieder personally and his 1A team! Family never full

Inbetriebnahme alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit und völlig reibungslos. Tolle kompetente, nette Techniker(inkl. Abwicklung im Büro), man fühlt sich zu 100% sicher und wird nicht entäuscht. Ein Installateur "nur zu empfehlen" Auf jeden Fall fixe 5 Sterne. A top team from the first contact to a top address. I changed my heating system, i.e. modernized it. Offer, processing and installation including commissioning all within a short time and completely smoothly. Great, competent, nice technicians (including handling in the office), you feel 100% safe and will not be disappointed. An installer "can only be recommended" Definitely fixed 5 stars.

Hab auf Google noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung geschrieben. Aber das ist eine Frechheit ?. Sehr traurig... (Beratung führte in diesem Fall Herr Lehner) By far the most unfriendly customer service there is. Not only incompetent, but also really unfriendly, arrogant and condescending.
