Steller ist träge, unzuverlässig und sucht immer den bequemsten Weg (wenn überhaupt), wenn es um Probleme und Anliegen der Bewohner. Klare Warnung an alle, die die Wahl haben: Sucht wen anderen! Aber es gibt eine Hausordnung, an die sich Alle zu halten haben und bei Nichteinhaltung der Beschwerden die Hausverwaltung zuständig ist. Dear Mr. Steller! I understand. Es werden keine Besichtigungstermine eingehalten, für alles muss man der Firma nachlaufen, man bekommt keine Antwort auf etwaige Emails..., schade es ginge auch anders. 0 stars, very bad service. F	Florian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steller kenne ich als Mieter und Eigentümer, und ich finde unprofessional. Als Mieter: keine Hilfe bei Problemen. Muss man 1000 mal nachfragen. Als Eigentümer : seit mehr als 2 Jahren hat Steller noch keine Eigentümerversammlung organisieren. Laut Gesetz ist das nicht erlaubt. Verbesserung ist also dringend gewünscht. As owner: Steller has not organized an owner's meeting for more than 2 years. This is not allowed by law. So improvement is urgently needed.

Steller mit einer Nachzahlung von 3160,00 Euro da sich die Fa. Steller anscheinend 2 x verrechnet hat. Abrechnungen sind mit Vorsicht anzusehen und genau nachprüfen lassen. Es ist der Fa. Steller nicht möglich ein Landesdarlehen zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt abzurechen da fehlt es schon mal bei einer monatlichen Rate von 300 Euro um 3000 Euro als 10 Monate nachverrechnet und keine eindeutige Erklärung wie das passieren kann. Also wenn sie von Steller ein Wohnung kaufen und er sie übernehmen ein Landedarlehen kann es leicht sein das sie dann plötzlich nach einem Jahr nochmals ein Jahr nachzahlen müssen - FA. STELLER - VERRECHNET. Könnten bei Steller alle Abrechnungen falsch sein ???? Und sollte jemand, wie einen Rechenfehler gemacht haben, und Zuwenig überweisen wird nicht erst Mal darauf hingewiesen mit einer Zahlungserinnerung zb... Nein! Es kommen sofort mahmspesen dazu!!! Den zweiten Stern hat sich lediglich die Dame am Telefon verdient für ihre Ehrlichkeit. Sie hat mir die vom System Automatisch aufgezwungenen Mahngebühren erlassen. Und hätte ich nicht angerufen, hätte ich sie überwiesen und sie hätten sie einbehalten. Und die Zahlungserinnerung ist bereits der Brief mit den Mahngebühren!!! Unmenschlich, unerträglich. Hoffe ich finde bald was neues, damit ich dieser Verwaltung keinen Cent mehr bezahlen muss... A new prescription comes out every few months.
