★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordinationshilfe gab mir für heute 17.40 einen Termin für eine Führerschein Untersuchung. Kein Mensch ist da die Ordination geschlossen obwohl es bis 18 uhr offen sein sollte. Tonband eingeschalten. Ich zahle diesen Termin sicher nicht. Ich war da und keiner hat sich die Mühe gemacht mir abzusagen.
The ordination assistant gave me an appointment for a driver's license examination for 5.40 pm today. Nobody is closed since the ordination although it should be open until 6 p.m. Tape switched on. I'm definitely not paying this appointment. I was there and nobody bothered to cancel me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was bitte ist das?? Ich ruf dort an und werd von einer "Dame" angefaucht, als hätte ich was verbrochen! Nach 2 Minuten aufgelegt! Unglaublich, selten so einen unfreundlichen Ton erlebt, und das bei einem Arzt!
What is that, please? I call there and am hissed at by a "lady" as if I had broken something! Hang up after 2 minutes! Incredible, rarely experienced such an unfriendly tone, and that from a doctor!
