I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! We are lucky to have this ordination in the Gänserndorf district. The ladies at the reception are always helpful and friendly, the two doctors are by far the best doctors! Even in times of coronavirus, the whole team is always keen and quick! The doctors take their time, respond to the children AND parents (in person AND over the phone). Every time I have concerns, I am asked whether I would like to come over and I am offered an appointment on the same or the next day! Great ladies and THANK YOU very much for being there !!!

We have been in practice with our two children for years. Yes, there were always times when you had to wait a bit longer on the phone or on the spot, but I would always return to my doctor's office with Dr. Eineder visit, as I am happy for good medical care and loving treatment with the children to take a little longer waiting in purchasing. Very nice practice, well-rehearsed, professional team, parking on the doorstep. For me a very clear 5 star rating !!

The doctor was basically nice. BUT the ordination is very crowded. AND you should know how to deal with emergencies. At the age of 3 months, my twins suddenly had a high fever, a rash, the full program ... I was only allowed to come several hours later. And then had to spend over 2 hours in the waiting room with crying babies. A disaster. 9 months later the 2nd emergency. Fever, diarrhea, fiery red skin full of pustules, constant screaming and obviously pain. It was like then. 30min waiting loop .... Then at 10am I was told the dates are before I can come at 2pm. The lady on the phone said the other children are also sick otherwise they would not be at the pediatrician's and she has to (!!) keep the appointments ... But please... Since when has every patient been an emergency. At that time, vaccination patients got their turn first. You could have postponed something if you had wanted to. But they obviously don't want it. 10 children at the same time in the waiting room - an imposition for everyone sitting there in the waiting room. Yes, and what's the point. We live around the corner. It's chicane that I have to sit in the waiting room on principle ... NOBODY had anything from the 2 hours of continuous screaming. The other mothers were totally exhausted too. And my children anyway ... So empathy is zero. I lack the sensitivity. Maybe the wrong profession was chosen. Or they have become so jaded and callous because of the constant excessive demands. Sure, you have to endure crying children when you work at the pediatrician. But dealing with patients like that is completely wrong. If I'm already so overrun, I send the adolescent vaccine patients to the general practitioner, for example ... and don't let babies wait and cry for hours. Very clear no recommendation.

An absolute cheek! My son is one year old and had a fever of 40 degrees, and just because my son is not a patient of this practice, he was not taken on. I'm supposed to go to the hospital with him ... Now I know why I am with a private doctor, but unfortunately he was on vacation at the time, which is also his due. I would never enter this practice again! And that's what the pediatrician scolds himself! Great pediatrician who does not deal with a one year old child with an emergency!

Well, I have to say, some reviews are a cheek! I've seen how they tear open their a **** there and the phone keeps ringing. They're only human too! They were always friendly to me, despite being overburdened. Carried the Maxi Cosi to the car because I was there shortly after giving birth with a caesarean section. Sometimes there are cars with Viennese license plates. One should rather question the health system. Why aren't there more doctors for children in the area?

dr Beate Böchzelt saved my little daughter's life thanks to her detailed examination. Went to the hospital in time. Definitely the best pediatrician anyone could ask for. Has my full confidence. 5 stars are not enough. Entire staff is wonderful. Office very nice and clean.

Very unfriendly Ordihilfe I work for two doctors myself and for years it would never have occurred to me to deal with patients like this! I can't say anything about the doctor because thanks to the office hours there was never an appointment!

An absolute top practice. I have been there with my baby (15 months) since it was born, among other things she had hip problems. Every time we were and are there, everything is very friendly and incredibly empathetic to the children. The two doctors always take the time to explain everything in detail and to answer questions. They are very patient and full of empathy. The assistants are also all very friendly and explain everything to you in advance, and plan and organize all MUKI examinations in the best possible way. Even on the phone, they are very friendly and competent and give great advice and initial tips on what to do when and how. I am also there with my 9-year-old who is very scared, and she also takes a lot of time with her. Yes, during peak times and typical infection times it is often difficult to get through by phone, but you can get through. And even with full practice, everyone remains friendly and caring. Thank you for the top care and treatment.
