M	Mag.a. Safia Elsayed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausgezeichnete Ärztin, kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen! Andere Kinderärzte sollten sich an Frau Dr. Hayek ein Beispiel nehmen!! Das Personal im Sekretariat ist zwar nicht so freundlich, aber das scheint wohl daran zu liegen, dass die sehr viele Patienten haben und überlastet sind. Excellent doctor, I can only recommend it! Other pediatricians should contact Dr. Hayek take an example !! The staff in the secretariat is not that friendly, but that seems to be due to the fact that they have a lot of patients and are overloaded.

She is bad and the receptionist is worse than her and they have no respect for any patient, the waiting time is long and the doctor works for seconds?????
O	Olivers Bennersdorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versuche telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren zur Kontrolle und die ganze Zeit kommt Teilnehmer nicht erreichbar :/ und dann wundern wenn soviel los ist wenn leute ohne Termin kommen wie wenns telefonisch ned erreichbar sind könnt ma weniger als 1stern gebn würd ich hierfür sogar minus10 sterne geben Try to make an appointment by phone to check and the whole time participant cannot be reached: / and then wonder when so much is going on when people come without an appointment as if they cannot be reached by phone you can give less than 1st star, I would even give minus10 stars for this
P	Pi A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geht in Urlaub und hat keine urlaubsvertretung obwohl bekannt ist das man mit Kind nicht bei neuen Ärzten aufgenommen wird... Jetzt steh ich mit meinen kranken Kind da und kein Arzt will uns annehmen weil alle ausgebucht sind. Danke.. Außerdem muss man auch mit Termin immer ewig warten und die Ärztin nimmt sich keine Zeit für die Patienten. Now I am standing with my sick child and no doctor wants to take us because everyone is fully booked. Thanks.. I	I H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meinem Baby (10Monate) bei der Ärztin. Obwohl ich nicht Patientin bin, wurde mir am Telefon gesagt, dass ich sofort vorbeikommen kann. Ich wurde dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten aufgerufen. Die Ärztin war sehr lieb zu meiner Tochter, hat sie abgehört und dabei abgelenkt, sodass sie sich nicht fürchten musste. Hat ihr auch etwas vorgesungen und nebenbei ihren Sauerstoff gemessen. Blut wurde ebenso abgenommen und es konnte eine Entzündung festgestellt werden. Uns wurde ein Antibiotikum verschrieben mit dem es meiner Tochter hoffentlich bald wieder besser gehen wird. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung! Vielen Dank nochmal dass wir so kurzfristig eingeschoben wurden. I went to the doctor today with my baby (10 months). Although I am not a patient, I was told on the phone that I could come over right away. I was then called within 5 minutes. The doctor was very nice to my daughter, listened to her and distracted her so she didn't have to be afraid. Also sang something for her and measured her oxygen at the same time. Blood was also taken and inflammation was found. We were prescribed an antibiotic which hopefully will get my daughter better soon. I was very happy with the treatment! Thank you again for being slotted in at such short notice.
