ABSOLUT NICHT ZUM EMPFEHLEN! Am Anfang der Hauptarzt noch freundlich und bemüht jetzt nur unfreundlich und präpotent. Man wird vom Arzt innerhalb einer Minute abgefertigt und hinausgeschickt, bei Fragen wird sehr arrogant reagiert. Der Rest der Mannschaft ist recht freundlich, das nutzt aber leider wenig. Hab meinen zweiten Termin abgesagt und suche mir einen neuen Augenarzt.

Nach telefonischer Anmeldung war ich letzten Mittwoch mit meinem Mann in der Ordination. Die Ordination überfüllt, keine Abstände zwischen den Sitzen und mit Mühe einen Stehplatz mit etwas Abstand ergattert. War etwa 75 Minuten da, in dieser Zeit laufend neue Patienten, es wurde nichts desinfiziert oder ein Fenster geöffnet. Wozu ist eine telefonische Anmeldung notwendig? Nach Testen der Dioptrien und Eintropfen wurde der Augenhintergrund durch den Arzt begutachtet, gefühlte 2 Minuten. Glücklicherweise ist alles in Ordnung.

After testing the diopters and adding drops, the fundus was examined by the doctor, what felt like 2 minutes. Fortunately, everything is fine.

There was a man in information section, his behavior is ugly and awful; I can say with confidence that, this clinic treats patients very badly; And especially not suitable for children at all. In such a pandemic situation; This #augenzentrum-simmering, does not pay attention to the distance between people at all and only says to be punctual, But they themselves have no obligation to be punctual! somebody must do something because this clinic could be potentially a powerful source of transmission of #Covid-19.

This one blonde woman at the reception treated my parents and I as clients very bad and is super unsympathetic. She makes unnecessary comments and brings out her message in a very negative way. I went to the reception only for her to comment that "I’m 18 years old and I am accompanied by my mom AND dad". Was that a personal attack or is she unable to convey messages in a professional way? I get the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic but isn’t my mother, a client, allowed to ask questions about her contact lenses? My dad didn’t have to be there, i admit that, but the receptionist’s point was to minimize the clients in the waiting room as much as possible. So why comment on my age if she wanted to convey a whole other message? Her "professionalism" is non-existent and her rudeness very present.
