★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich online den Termin nichtmehr stornieren konnte, habe ich mehrmals angerufen, lange Wartezeiten. Anschließend wurde meine Termin storniert. Nun habe ich eine Rechnung bekommen, bezüglich nicht Erscheinen in der Höhe von 50€. Eine absolute Frechheit!
After I could not cancel the appointment online, I called several times, long waiting times. Then my appointment was canceled. Now I have received an invoice regarding non-appearance in the amount of 50 €. An absolute impudence!
