Z	Zeljko Allmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin schnell bekommen, die Dame total höflich am Telefon, eigentlich wie immer!! den Befund nach zwei Tagen bekommen, komme immer wieder (gern )ins DZG weil sie technisch immer am letzten Stand sind Get an appointment quickly, the lady is very polite on the phone, actually as always !! get the results after two days, I always (gladly) come back to the DZG because they are always technically up to date
D	Dominic Welsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, bei Terminveräumnis wird man um Hunderte Euro zur Kasse gebeten und gar verklagt. Kommt man um 3 Minuten zu spät wird der Termin storniert. Diagnosen Stimmen nicht mit jenen anderer Institute überein. Nie wieder. Unfriendly, if you miss an appointment you will be asked to pay hundreds of euros and even sued. If you arrive 3 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled. Diagnoses do not agree with those of other institutes. Never again.
C	C H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den einen Stern gibt es für die Damen am Empfang, sehr freundlich und souverän. Dicke Minus Punkte gibt es für alles danach. Sehr unhöflicher Empfang aus der Kabine, ich wurde zur Untersuchung sehr unvorteilhaft positioniert (Bauchlage rechter Arm nach oben, linker Arm nach unten, und mitten ins Gesicht ein 10cm hohes Keilkissen welches den Nacken nach oben drückte. Sehr unprofessionell. Das in dieser unnatürlichen Lage niemand 15 Minuten entspannt verharren kann, sollte man auf Anhieb erkennen können. Ich wurde nicht gefragt, ob es so ginge. Mich würde es nicht wundern, wenn die Aufnahmen nichts werden, da ich mich ständig bewegen musste, und ich bin bei Gott nicht zimperlich. Ziemlich unmöglich, nie wieder! There is one star for the ladies at reception, very friendly and confident. There are big minus points for everything afterwards. Very rude reception from the cabin, I was positioned very unfavorably for the examination (prone position, right arm up, left arm down, and in the middle of the face a 10 cm high wedge pillow which pushed the neck up. Very unprofessional. Nobody in this unnatural position Can relax for 15 minutes, you should be able to see straight away. I wasn't asked if it worked like that. I wouldn't be surprised if the recordings don't work because I have to keep moving and I'm not squeamish with God. Pretty impossible, never again!

Den Befund habe ich am nächsten Tag schon erhalten. Ich kann dieses Institut nur weiterempfehlen. An extremely friendly lady making appointments by telephone. Dieses Diagnostikzentrum sieht mich sicher nie wieder! Although I yelled for help several times during the examination and waved my hands vigorously to draw attention to the fact that I was not well, I was ignored. I'm sure I'll never see this diagnostic center again!

Wie ich dort angekommen bin stellte sich heraus, dass eine 2,5G Pflicht besteht. Da ich dass erst vor Ort herausgefunden habe, konnte ich den Termin nicht wahrnehmen. Es war auch keine Kooperationsbereitschaft vorhanden. Ich wurde trotz Schmerzen und Antigen Test nach Hause geschickt und bekomme erst zwei Wochen später einen neuen Termin! I received a referral to the diagnostic center from my orthopedic surgeon. When I got there it turned out that there is a 2.5G obligation. Since I only found out on site, I was unable to keep the appointment. There was also no willingness to cooperate. Despite the pain and the antigen test, I was sent home and won't get a new appointment until two weeks later!

Zweimal angerufen Zusicherung für die Fertigstellung, aber noch immer nichts drinnen. Jetzt ist bereits geschlossen. Wo bleibt der Befund? Bin von diesem Institut was anderes gewohnt... Unfortunately this time not at all satisfied. Staff very friendly though. But after 2 days the result is still not online. Called twice to assure completion but still nothing inside. Now is already closed. Where is the finding ? I'm used to something different from this institute...
