T	Tinker Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind jahrelang bei Dr. Fritsch mit unseren beiden Kindern. Anliegen werden immer ernst genommen und man fühlt sich wirklich gut aufgehoben. Außerdem werden wir stets freundlich und respektvoll behandelt. Die Wartezeiten können manchmal länger ausfallen, aber es wird alles Mögliche gemacht, um diese zu verkürzen. Danke und weiter so! We have been with Dr. Fritsch with our two children. Issues are always taken seriously and you really feel that you are in good hands. In addition, we are always treated in a friendly and respectful manner. The waiting times can sometimes be longer, but everything possible will be done to shorten them. Thanks and keep it up!

Jeder 6 Wochen hat die Ordination Urlaub was auch in Ordnung ist aber die Vertretungen sind auf Urlaub oder voll gebucht und nehmen kein weitere Kinder an. Telefonisch seid Ihr auch nie erreichbar...Leitung immer besetzt manche von uns haben kein Auto und möchten zu erst telefonisch Frage stellen oder Termin vereinbaren und es ist manchmal 3 Wochen lang nicht möglich. Das macht mir langsam traurig und dadurch muss ich immer andere artze suchen. Bitte ändern Sie das. Ihr habt die beste Ordination meine Meinung nach Dr Fritsch ist ein super Artz aber man kann euch nie erreichen....... Best Kinder Artz in Graz, but unfortunately almost never available. The ordination has vacation every 6 weeks, which is fine, but the representations are on vacation or fully booked and do not accept any further children. You can never be reached by phone ... The line is always manned. That makes me sad and so I always have to look for other doctors. Please change that. You have the best ordination in my opinion Dr Fritsch is a great doctor but you can never be reached .......
K	Klara Verhounig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte mag ich per se sehr gerne. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit funktioniert aber seit gewisser Zeit überhaupt nicht mehr. Ich probiere seit einer Woche sie zu erreichen und bin entweder in der Warteschleife, gleich besetzt oder gar nichts. Heute habe ich 45 min in der Warteschleife erfolglos gewartet. Im Jänner hätte ich sie auch einmal gebraucht, habe ich nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht geschafft durchzukommen. Zum Schluss war ich dann bei meinem Hausarzt mit dem Kind. Nachdem ich mit den Kinder schon seit 10 Jahren bei der Ordination bin, weiß ich das es vorher nicht so war. Sehr schade. I like doctors very much. However, the telephone availability has not worked at all for some time. I've been trying to reach her for a week and I'm either on hold, taken immediately or nothing at all. Today I waited 45 minutes in the queue without success. In January I would have needed it once, after repeated attempts I didn't manage to get through. Finally, I took the child to my family doctor. Having been with the children at the ordination for 10 years, I know that it wasn't like that before. Too bad.
