Ich wurde stets zuvorkommend behandelt und habe das Ärztepaar als überaus kompetent und bemüht wahrgenommen. Excellent doctor! I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews, which refer to unfriendly handling. I was always treated courteously and perceived the doctor couple to be extremely competent and hard-working.

Man wird immer ernst genommen, nicht nur bei körperlichen Beschwerden, sondern auch bei mental, psychisch schweren Lebensphasen. Bisher habe ich immer schnell einen Termin bzw. eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Beide Ärzte nehmen sich Zeit und nehmen Beschwerden ernst – z.B. Abklärung durch andere Fachärzte. My family doctor for about 2 years, I'm very satisfied and can't understand the negative reviews either. You are always taken seriously, not only with physical complaints, but also with mentally, psychologically difficult phases in life. So far I have always received an appointment or a response quickly. Both doctors take their time and take complaints seriously - e.g. clarification by other specialists.
