I	Isabell Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl wir NOCH keine Patienten waren,wurde mein Mann mit Schmerzen drangenommen. Es ist in Corona Zeit natürlich eine Umstellung für alle keine Frage. Aber wir haben nicht gesehen das man hier nicht behandelt werden möchte im Gegenteil. Es wird auf jeden einzelnen eingegangen. Man sollte schon Verständnis haben,wenn eine Praxis einen nicht nehmen kann. Ich bin selbst im Gesundheitswesen tätig und in Kurzarbeit,somit weiß ich das man nicht jeden drannehmen kann. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die rasche Hilfe und an alle anderen: Habt bisschen mehr Verständnis! Although we were NOT patients yet, my husband was painfully attacked. In Corona time there is of course no change for everyone. But we have not seen that one does not want to be treated here on the contrary. Each one is dealt with. You should understand if a practice cannot take you. I work in the healthcare sector myself and do short-time work, so I know that you cannot take everyone on board. I am very grateful for the quick help and to everyone else: have a little more understanding!

Sehr sauberer und gemütlicher Wartebereich, angenehme Atmosphäre. Es wird immer darauf Bedacht genommen, dass in dieser Corona Zeit kein Patienten „Stau“ entsteht. Desinfektion am Eingangsbereich. Herr Doktor Rene-Bernard Mick ist ein engagierter und gewissenhafter und sehr netter Arzt, genau wie seine Assistentin. Strukturierte, rasche und fehlerlose Behandlung. Terminwartezeiten in dieser Corona Zeit leider etwas länger. Aber dafür großzügige Ordinationsöffnungszeiten! Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe lange nach einem guten Zahnarzt gesucht . Care is always taken to ensure that no patient "traffic jam" arises during this Corona time. Disinfection at the entrance area. Doctor Rene-Bernard Mick is a dedicated and conscientious and very nice doctor, just like his assistant. Structured, quick and flawless treatment. Unfortunately, the waiting times during this Corona period are a little longer. But generous opening hours for the ordination! A	Asya IS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum habe ich diese Ordination nicht früher entdeckt? Vom Empfang, über die Ordi-Hilfen und die liebe Frau Doktor, alles perfekt! Wartezeiten, für eine Kassen-Ordi, unwahrscheinlich kurz, alle sehr lieb und vorsichtig, dazu muss man sagen, ich habe so Angst vor Zahnärzten, dass ich auch mal weine! Big girls don’t cry - ja, hier wirklich nicht :) da freue ich mich ja fast, wenn irgendwas zwickt, sodass ich wieder hinschauen kann! Why didn't I discover this ordination earlier? From the reception, to the Ordi help and the dear Frau Doktor, everything is perfect! Waiting times, for a health insurance ordi, unlikely short, everyone is very kind and careful, you have to say, I am so afraid of dentists that I sometimes cry! Big girls don’t cry - yes, really not here :) I'm almost happy when something tweaks so that I can look again!

Die Ordination geschmackvoll, hell, sauber und mit Stil eingerichtet.Es wird fachgemäß und auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Die Wartezeiten können variieren, da es immer zu unvorsehbaren Zwischenfällen kommen kann. Mit den Coronamassnahmen wird auch sehr professionell und strukturiert umgegangen. The ordination is tastefully, brightly, cleanly and stylishly furnished. It will be dealt with professionally and on the respective needs. Waiting times can vary as unforeseen incidents can always occur. The corona measures are also handled in a very professional and structured manner. K	Klaudia E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen 5 Jährigen der seit zwei Tagen Fieber hat und heute endlich den Wackelzahn verloren hat der Bereich ist extrem geschwollen und entzunden! Die wenig ambitionierte Empfangsdame hat mir einen Termin für Feb/März angeboten so genau weiß ich es nicht mehr weil ich so schockiert war. Ich habe erneut darauf hingewiesen, dass das Kind Fieber und Schmerzen hat (aktueller negativer PCR UND Antigen wären vorhanden gewesen!) Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war 1 Person im großen Wartebereich! Die Zahnärztin werde ich wohl nie kennenlernen, da ich die Entzündung meines Sohnes sicher nicht etliche Wochen anstehen lassen werde! Fazit: schlecht gelaunte, unqualifizierte nicht engagierte, emotionslose Empfangsdame! Ein Kind mit Schmerzen und Fieber wochenlang warten zu lassen ist mehr als UNMENSCHLICH! ? Have a 5 year old who has had a fever for two days and finally lost his loose tooth today the area is extremely swollen and inflamed! The unambitious receptionist offered me an appointment for February/March, I can't remember exactly because I was so shocked. I have again advised that the child has a fever and is in pain (current negative PCR AND antigen would have been present!) At this point there was 1 person in the large waiting area! I'll probably never get to know the dentist, because I certainly won't let my son's inflammation last for several weeks! Bottom line: bad tempered, unqualified, uncommitted, emotionless receptionist! Keeping a child in pain and fever waiting for weeks is beyond INHUMAN! ?
r	rabja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wieder nach langem beim Zahnarzt gewesen und eines muss ich zugeben, hatte noch nie so ein tolles Service. Die Dame beim Empfang ist total nett und freundlich, die dame beim Röntgen richtig sympathisch, die Frau Doktor ist professionell, was kann man noch erwarten. Ich hab mein Zahnarzt gefunden! Klasse!! Back to the dentist after a long time and I have to admit I've never had such great service. The lady at reception is really nice and friendly, the lady at the X-ray is really personable, the doctor is professional, what else can you expect. I found my dentist! Class!!
