O	Oliver Friess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach nur 3 1/2 Std. Schlaf, wegen akuter Zahnspitzen-/Zahnerventzündung, bin ich trotz Termin wieder weggeschickt worden... Unfreundlich, wenig einfühlsam und hört gar nicht richtig zu. Selbst in den Mund wollte sie erst widerwillig einen Blick werfen. Meine mehrfache Frage welches Schmerzmittel dann zumindest hilft (da keines der üblichen anschlägt) um die Schmerzen irgendwie ertragen zu können, wurde jedes Mal einfach ignoriert. Mit höllischen Schmerzen allein gelassen. Nein danke. Zum Glück danach doch noch woanders in einer Notfall-Ambulanz vorbeigeschaut, das Problem wurde sofort erkannt und komplett schmerzfrei die richtige Wurzel vorbehandelt. Der Schmerz ist komplett weg. Innerhalb von 20 min ohne Termin. After only 3 1/2 hours of sleep, because of acute tooth tip / tooth inflammation, I was sent away again despite the appointment ... Unfriendly, not very sensitive and doesn't really listen. Even reluctantly, she wanted to take a look into her mouth. My multiple question which pain reliever then helps at least (since none of the usual ones work) to be able to endure the pain, was simply ignored each time. Left alone with hellish pain. No thanks. Luckily afterwards, they looked elsewhere in an emergency ambulance, the problem was recognized immediately and the correct root was completely painlessly treated. The pain is completely gone. Within 20 minutes without an appointment.

Musste jedoch mehrmals nachfragen bis ich "laiengerechte" Erklärungen bekam und sicher sein konnte, dass ich alles richtig verstanden habe, da die Auskünfte etwas unklar und schwammig waren. Very nice, sensitive, friendly; Immediately timely appointments pushed in for me immediately, which is worth gold in case of acute severe pain! But had to ask several times until I got "layman" explanations and could be sure that I understood everything correctly, because the information was a bit unclear and spongy.
