B	BAUTZ28 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War das erste mal dort ...wurde schon mit den Worten welches akute Problem ich habe Empfangen ..... naja wusste ja nicht das ich nur noch bei akuten Problemen zum Hautarzt darf .1 sek draufgesehen sonst nix und ne Überweisung zu einem Arzt der kein Kassen Arzt ist .dort sollte ich dann 200 euro bezahlen. . Was mir im Vorfeld nicht gesagt wurde...... Was there for the first time ... was already received with the words what acute problem I have ..... well didn't know that I can only go to the dermatologist for acute problems. 1 sec on it looked at nothing else and a referral to a doctor who is not a doctor. I should pay 200 euros there. . What I wasn't told beforehand......
j	jowwhite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistentin supernett, die Ärztin ist vor Ort freundlich aber man hat das Gefühl man wird schnell schnell abgefertigt. Hatte vor kurzem eine Nachfrage und habe um einen Rückruf gebeten, als mich Frau Dr. Sutter angerufen hat, war ich im Auto und hatte dementsprechend schlechten Empfang und habe den Namen der Creme nicht verstanden. Ich entschuldigte mich und sagte, dass ich gerade im Auto sitze und nicht die falsche Creme kaufen möchte. Sie hat mich daraufhin forsch unterbrochen und gesagt was ich denn jetzt von ihr erwarte, ob sie nicht gleich für mich in die Apotheke gehen solle und mir die Creme bringen soll. Daraufhin habe ich sie höflich gebeten zu buchstabieren, was sie dann auch widerwillig getan hat. Die Anwendung hat sie mir auch nicht wirklich genau erklärt. Man kann ja mal einen schlechten Tag haben aber gerade als Ärztin finde ich so eine Aussage sehr unprofessionell Assistant super nice, the doctor is friendly on site but you have the feeling that you will be processed quickly. Had an inquiry recently and asked for a call back when Dr. Sutter called, I was in the car and had poor reception as a result and didn't understand the name of the cream. I apologized and said I was in the car right now and didn't want to buy the wrong cream. She then briskly interrupted me and said what I now expect from her, whether she should go to the pharmacy for me and bring me the cream. I then politely asked her to spell it, which she reluctantly did. She didn't really explain the application to me either. You can have a bad day, but as a doctor, I find such a statement very unprofessional
