Beim ersten Mal hat die Besprechung mit dem Arzt dann 4 Minuten gedauert! Heute bin ich gegangen. So geht das sicher nicht! Ich suche mir jetzt einen Arzt bei dem auch den Vorzimmerdamen klar ist, was eine Terminvereinbarung bedeutet!!! Es gibt Menschen, die sich an Termine halten müssen und ihre Zeit nicht gestohlen haben. Die Damen sollten sich vielleicht mehr auf ihre Arbeit, als auf private Handyvideos konzentrieren!!! That was the second time today that I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes again. The first time the consultation with the doctor took 4 minutes! Today I left. That's certainly not the case! I am now looking for a doctor in which the antechamber is clear, which means an appointment! There are people who have to stick to deadlines and have not stolen their time. The ladies should perhaps focus more on their work than on private mobile videos !!!

Musste 3 Stunden im Wartezimmer warten, hatte leider keinen Termin, und wurde mit den Worten: "Es ist ein Privileg, dass Sie überhaupt mit mir reden dürfen ohne Termin" empfangen. Danach schickte er mich um einen Termin auszumachen und wieder nach Hause. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen!!! Very impolite. Bad patient care. Had to wait 3 hours in the waiting room, unfortunately had no appointment, and was greeted with the words: "It is a privilege that you can even speak to me without an appointment". Then he sent me to make an appointment and back home. I can not recommend it!
e	evagreen rainbow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Drofenik ich war sehr freundlich! ich rief wegen einen Termin an und sie schlugen mir vor mich anzurufen falls jemand ausfällt. glücklicherweise wurde gleich am nächsten Tag einen Termin frei und ich konnte gleich in der früh kommen. die Wartezeiten waren nicht sehr lange alles war corona mäßig sehr gut eingeteilt und geplant. da der OP zufällig gerade frei war entnahm er mir mein Muttermal sofort und ich ging eineinhalb Stunden später mit dem entfernten Muttermal wieder hinaus. es waren alle sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll.trotz langer Fahrzeit für mich auch sicher wieder zu ihm gehen. Mr. Drofenik, I was very friendly! I called about an appointment and they suggested I call me if someone is out. Fortunately, an appointment was available the next day and I was able to come early in the morning. the waiting times were not very long, everything was very well organized and planned according to coronavirus. Since the operation happened to be free at the moment, he took my birthmark from me immediately and an hour and a half later I went out with the removed birthmark. They were all very friendly and understanding. Despite the long travel time for me, I am sure to go to him again.

Man bekommt zwar einen Termin zugewiesen, aber mit minimum einer Stunde Wartezeit im Warteraum ist zu rechnen. Dann wird ein Behandlungsraum zugewiesen, wo die Wartezeit weiter geht. Die Behandlung erfolgt nicht nach der Reihenfolge der Anmeldungen, sondern nach Titel (z. B. Dr. DI,...) oder Willkür. Wer gerne wartet geht da hin. This is the worst organized ordination I know. You will be assigned an appointment, but you can expect to wait at least one hour in the waiting room. Then a treatment room is assigned, where the waiting time continues. The treatment does not take place according to the order of the registrations, but according to title (e.g. Dr. DI, ...) or arbitrariness. If you like to wait, go there.
A	Andreas Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann Dr. Drofenik nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bin sehr froh Dr. Drofenik gefunden zu haben. Er nimmt sich wirklich ausreichend Zeit für seine Patienten. Dr. Drofenik erklärt auch genau was er macht und ich fühle mich immer gut beraten und sehr gut aufgehoben. Weiters hatte ich schon 2x kleinere Eingriffe. Auch hier erklärt der Arzt genau und wirkt sehr beruhigend. Von der OP bis Befundbesprechung und Nachsorge lief immer alles optimal. Auch die Dame, die bei den OPs assistiert, ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. In einigen Rezensionen wird das Zeitmanagement kritisiert. Ich habe noch nie lange warten müssen. Man sollte vielleicht auch die andere Seite sehen. Wenn Patienten (mich eingeschlossen) oft zusätzliche Probleme, Fragen etc. haben und Dr. Drofenik sich darum kümmert, entstehen für die nächsten leider Wartezeiten. Ich nehme auch gerne die längere Anreise aus NÖ in Kauf. Ich habe im Raum Neunkirchen/Wr. Neustadt jedenfalls noch keinen Hautarzt erlebt, der so gut auf die Patienten eingeht und sich für jeden Zeit nimmt. i can dr I can only recommend Drofenik. I am very happy dr. to have found Drofenik. He really takes his time with his patients. dr Drofenik also explains exactly what he does and I always feel well advised and in very good hands. I have also had two minor surgeries. Here, too, the doctor explains in detail and has a very calming effect. From the surgery to the discussion of the findings and aftercare, everything always went perfectly. The lady who assists with the surgeries is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Some reviews criticize the time management. I've never had to wait long. Maybe you should see the other side too. When patients (including me) often have additional problems, questions, etc. and Dr. Drofenik takes care of it, unfortunately there are waiting times for the next ones. I am also happy to accept the longer journey from Lower Austria. I have in the Neunkirchen/Wr. In any case, Neustadt has never seen a dermatologist who treats the patient so well and takes the time for everyone.
N	Nufan 03 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin normal nicht der Mensch der sich gleich mal beschwert oder schlechte Bewertungen schreibt, aber ich kann von dieser Ordination nur abraten!! Der Arzt ist an sich sehr nett und auf jeden Fall kompetent. ABER die Damen an der Anmeldung sind eine reine Katastrophe!!! Sie entscheiden anscheinend darüber welche Patienten dran kommen nach Sympathie oder Freunderlwirtschaft.. Man bekommt Termine nur mit langen Wartezeiten (auch bei Notfällen) sodass sogar mich der Arzt einmal gefragt hat warum ich erst so spät komme! Wenn man dann zu so einem langersehnten Termin kommt, kann es einem passieren, dass die Damen behaupten dieser wäre zu einer anderen Uhrzeit und man käme jetzt sowieso nicht mehr dran (natürlich sei daran der Patient schuld) . Eine absolute Frechheit. Man leidet so und so psychisch an seiner Krankheit und zählt die Tage bis zum Arzttermin und dann das!!! Normally I'm not the kind of person who immediately complains or writes bad reviews, but I can only advise against this ordination!! The doctor himself is very nice and definitely competent. BUT the ladies at the registration are a pure catastrophe!!! They apparently decide which patients get their turn based on sympathy or friendliness. You can only get appointments with long waiting times (even in emergencies) so that even the doctor once asked me why I was so late! If you then come to such a long-awaited appointment, it can happen that the ladies claim it would be at a different time and you won't be able to get there anyway (of course it's the patient's fault). An absolute cheek. One suffers in one way or another psychologically from one's illness and counts the days until the doctor's appointment and then that!!!
