B	Bbok Ari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss sagen, ich war selbst noch nie bei diesem Urologen und bin bereits äußerst entsetzt vom Umgang der Dame am Telefon zu den Patienten. Ich habe heute mehrmals versucht hier telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren, jedoch waren alle Versuche erfolglos. Beim ersten Telefonat ging die Dame ran, bat um "kurze" Geduld, legte mich aber ganze 15 Minuten auf die Seite. Beim zweiten Telefonat wurde nach dem Abheben, ohne einem Wort, mit voller Absicht direkt wieder aufgelegt und beim dritten ebenfalls so. Wie kann man so frech mit Patienten umgehen??? Einfach nur respektlos, lächerlich und unprofessionell!! I have to say, I have never been to this urologist myself and am already extremely appalled by the way the lady treated the patient on the phone. Today I tried several times to make an appointment here by phone, but all attempts were unsuccessful. On the first phone call, the lady answered, asked for a "short" patience, but put me on my side for a full 15 minutes. On the second phone call, after picking up the phone, without saying a word, the phone was hung up again with full intent and on the third, the same was true. How can you be so cheeky with patients ??? Just plain disrespectful, ridiculous and unprofessional !!
A	ATM 999 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schrecklich, sehr unprofessionell. Nach einem Monat Wartezeit auf einen Termin musste ich 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten warten, bevor ich mich entschied zu gehen. Ich habe gesehen, wie Patienten nach mir gekommen sind, mit späteren Terminen, und sie schafften es vor mir zur Behandlung. Ich würde diesen Arzt niemandem empfehlen. Es tut mir leid für die Patienten, die lange bei einem Urologen warten müssen. Very awful, very unprofessional. After waiting a month for an appointment, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before deciding to leave. I saw patients come after me, with later appointments, and they made it to treatment before me. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. I am sorry for the patients who have to wait a long time at a urologist.
F	F. Nick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin Neupatient gewesen und aufgrund einer Vorsorge-Untersuchung vorbeigekommen. Habe mich online angemeldet, 1 Woche später einen Termin bekommen. Die Damen am Empfang waren professionell und nett, ebenso wie der Herr Doktor der auf das Gespräch eingegangen ist. Kann überhaupt nichts negatives sagen und einen (notwendigen) Besuch weiterempfehlen. I was a new patient and came by for a check-up. I registered online and got an appointment 1 week later. The ladies at the reception were professional and nice, as was the doctor who answered the call. Can't say anything negative at all and recommend a (necessary) visit.
S	Samantha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfehlenswerter Arzt! Herr Dr. Ghawidel und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So einige Ärzte und Co könnten sich etwas davon abschneiden! Durch einen akuten Fall bin ich überhaupt zu ihm gekommen. Ich hatte damals keinen Termin, wurde dennoch sofort eingeschoben. Auf diesem Weg wünsche ich Herrn Dr. Ghawidel und seinem Team alles Gute! Recommended doctor! Dr. Ghawidel and his team are very friendly and courteous. So some doctors and co could cut something from it! I came to him in the first place because of an acute case. I didn't have an appointment at the time, but was put in right away. On this way I wish Dr. All the best to Ghawidel and his team!
