G	G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider dringend von einem Besuch bei dieser Praxis abraten! Ich kam auf Empfehlung meines Hausarztes dort hin. Ich hatte bislang 2 Termine im Abstand von einem Monat. Leider war Dr Guth bei keinem anzutreffen. Sattdessen wurde ich, ohne direkte Begründung, von 2 verschiedenen Vertretungen empfangen. Die 1. machte im Grunde einen ganz netten Eindruck. Zeit hatte sie jedoch anscheindend sehr wenig, denn sie speiste mich geschwind ab. Beim 2. Termin bekam ich erstens eine gänzlich andere Auskunft bzgl eines Medikamentes und 2. saß mir ein sehr unsympatischer und ruppiger Dr gegenüber. Er gab mir ständig das Gefühl dumme Fragen zu stellen, nahm sich überhaupt keine Zeit und war im Allgemeinen eher unfreundlich und arrogant!! Ich war ziemlich enttäuscht und noch verwirrter als vorher!! Wie der eigentliche Arzt ist, deren Namen die Praxis trägt, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen! Doch gebracht hat mir die Erfahrung, die ich dort machen durfte, gar nichts. Unfortunately, I have to urgently advise against visiting this practice! I went there on the recommendation of my family doctor. So far I have had 2 appointments with an interval of one month. Unfortunately, Dr. Guth was not to be found at any of them. Instead, I was received by 2 different representations without any direct reason. The first made a really nice impression. However, she apparently had very little time, because she fed me off quickly. At the 2nd appointment I first got a completely different information about a drug and 2nd a very unsympathetic and gruff Dr sat across from me. He kept making me feel like asking stupid questions, didn't take any time and was generally rather rude and arrogant !! I was pretty disappointed and even more confused than before !! Unfortunately, I cannot judge the actual doctor whose name the practice bears! But the experience that I was able to make there brought me nothing.

Wurde vorab nicht informiert, dass es hier private Versicherung nicht gilt und weil ich eben es nicht wusste haben mich zwei Ordinationsdamen auf unfreundlichste Art informiert, dass „meine privat Versicherung mir nichts bringt“ Ich verstehe es einfach nicht warum solche Personal überhaupt zugelassen werden mit Menschen zu arbeiten. Most unfriendly ordination ever !!! Wasn't informed in advance that private insurance does not apply here and because I did not know, two ordination ladies informed me in the most unfriendly way that "my private insurance is of no use to me" I just do not understand why such personnel are even allowed with people to work.
L	Lisa Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ schrecklich unfreundlich, hatte eigentlich einen Termin bei Dr. Guth, mir wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass ich bei einer anderen Ärztin sein würde. nebsther wurde ich an der rezeption abgelehnt und nach hause geschickt. ich kann beim besten willen diese ordination keinem empfehlen, wenn man wirklich hilfe braucht. terribly rude, actually had an appointment with Dr. Guth, I was not told I would be seeing a different doctor. In addition, I was rejected at reception and sent home. I can't, with the best of intentions, recommend this ordination to anyone who really needs help.
