Angenehmes Klima, schöne Ordination und nicht mal 5 Minuten gewartet. I was there for the first time this afternoon and I have to praise the ladies right now. Super nice and sympathetic. Pleasant climate, nice ordination and not even 5 minutes waited.

H	Helmut Patterer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRT Postgasse 6 Villach 1.Stock: 1. hatte ich kurzfristig noch einen Termin bekommen (trotz Schmerzen in KLU nicht), 2.wurde ich extrem freundlich behandelt, 3. wurde ich als Angstpatient sofort ernstgenommen und sehr einfühlsam für die Untersuchung vorbereitet, 4.beherrscht das ganze Team alle Grundregeln des höflichen Umgangs mit Patienten - das ist wirklich vorbildlich - klingt wie ein Science fiction Roman ? - nein - das ist gelebte Unternehmenskultur - meine 100%ige Empfehlung ---------------------------- Chapeau ! MRT Postgasse 6 Villach 1st floor: 1. I got an appointment at short notice (despite pain in KLU not), 2. I was treated extremely friendly, 3. As an anxious patient, I was immediately taken seriously and very sensitively prepared for the examination, 4 . Does the whole team master all the basic rules of polite treatment of patients - that is really exemplary - sounds like a science fiction novel? - no - that is lived corporate culture - my 100% recommendation ---------------------------- Chapeau!

Mir wurde eine wichtige Untersuchung verweigert da meine Überweisung nicht mithatte die ich natürlich morgen nachgebracht hätte. Werde die Praxis in Zukunft meiden. Unfriendly staff who are not familiar with the law. I was denied an important examination because my transfer did not come with me, which of course I would have made tomorrow. Will avoid the practice in the future.

Fr.Dr.Wernegger hat mich untersucht. Wirklich eine ganz liebe und sympathische Ärztin. Ich würde die Praxis zu 100% weiterempfehlen!! I went to the practice today for a sonography. Very nice ladies at the registration, just as I was sitting down I was called. Ms. Dr Werner examined me. Really a very nice and personable doctor. I would recommend the practice to 100% !!
