Beantwortet emails prompt, Dauerrezepte auf elga aufbuchen no problem, und ich hatte in den letzten 14 Jahren auch mit den Assistentinnen gute Erfahrungen. Bevor man hier negativ bewertet, sollte man u.U. das Gespräch suchen.. Super doctor, takes his time despite the short time financed by the Ögk. Answers emails promptly, booking permanent recipes on elga no problem, and I have had good experiences with the assistants over the past 14 years. Before you give a negative rating here, you should, if necessary, seek a conversation.

V	Vanessa Vanity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht! Sie haben eine sehr unhöfliche Rezeptionistin! Eine junge Dame mit schwarzen bzw. Dunklen Haaren! Ich finde es unter aller Sau, dass wenn man unwissend ist, mit Schnupfen (aber mehrmals NEGATIV getestet in der Grippe Phase) hingeht, und man so respektlos behandelt wird, wenn nicht sogar schon frech; und einem nicht mal ausreden lässt! Als könnte ich für meinen Schnupfen etwas! Und wenn jemand unsympathisch wirkt, sollte man trotzdem professionell bleiben können und die Patienten angemessen behandeln! Z.B. mit einer angemessen Auskunft wie man sich bei ihnen zu verhalten hat, bei gewissen Symptomen; denn bei jedem Arzt ist es anders! Immerhin profitieren sie von ihren Patienten; und da wäre eine normale Kommunikation mehr als angebracht! I am very disappointed! You have a very rude receptionist! A young lady with black or dark hair! I think it is really bad that if you are ignorant, go there with a cold (but tested NEGATIVE several times in the flu phase), and you are treated so disrespectfully, if not even naughty; and doesn't even let you finish! As if I could do something for my cold! And if someone seems unsympathetic, you should still be able to remain professional and treat patients appropriately! E.g. with appropriate information on how to behave with them in the event of certain symptoms; because it is different with every doctor! After all, they benefit from their patients; and normal communication would be more than appropriate!

Kann man das Haus nicht verlassen aufgrund von ständigen Durchfall und Erbrechen, ist telefonisch keine Krankmeldung möglich… man wird mit Aussagen konfrontiert wie: naja müssen’s halt dann kommen wenn’s Ihnen besser geht, ob ma sie dann krankschreiben hängt davon ab ob ma Ihnen glauben… absolute Frechheit Very very unfriendly and incompetent secretaries! If you can't leave the house due to constant diarrhea and vomiting, you can't call in sick... you're confronted with statements like: well, it'll have to come when you're feeling better, whether we call you sick depends on whether we believe you... absolutely cheek
m	man fred on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich war jetzt gerade das erste mal in dieser ordination. angangs etwas schockiert über das (über)volle wartezimmer war ich sehr angetan über die problemlose anmeldung (ohne termin!) und die raschen untersuchungen in den 2 ordinationsräumlichkeiten. dr. nouri war sehr freundlich und wirkte auf mich sehr kompetent! danke an das team, ich denke, ich habe meinen "neuen hausarzt" gefunden! I was just in this ordination for the first time. initially a bit shocked about the (over)full waiting room, i was very impressed by the problem-free registration (without an appointment!) and the quick examinations in the 2 surgery rooms. dr. nouri was very friendly and seemed very competent to me! thanks to the team, i think i found my "new family doctor"!

This review does not reflect the high standard of service they provide. This 1 star review is about the particular blonde receptionist / assistant. My husband and I have been there multiple times and she is always rude, unhelpful and snappy. She answers questions unprofessionally and seems to be annoyed when asked. We will be changing our doctor because of her. There are other recommendable doctors in the area that have professional and respectful receptionists / assistants.
